1 Installation procedure and adding certificates (Windows 7 32bit,Windows XP, Windows Vista) In order to utilize the Sberbank Business Online application, it is necessary to install the CryptoKit programme located on the CD which is part of the Sberbank Business Online product package. 1.1 Installation of the CryptoKit application CryptoKit represents the driver programme necessary for the MiniKey device used for authentication and digital signature purposes within the Sberbank Business Online system. The MiniKey device is also supplemented in the Sberbank Business Online package. In order to install the CryptoKit programme, it is necessary to execute the installation process by clicking the CryptoKit link on the CD, command Instaliraj (Install). Then, click Run in the Menu. 1. If user account control is enabled on your computer you should get this message. Click on Yes to proceed 2. Click on Yes to confirm Installation 3. After you have started the CryptoKit setup programme, the following screen is shown on your monitor. Click Next! Sberbank d.d. Stranica 4
4. At his point, the application is warning the User of the underlying License Agreement. Click I accept the license agreement and Next in order to continue the installation process (thus accepting the license agreement). 5. In this phase of the setup process, the following menu appears on the screen, prompting the User to select a destination folder for the CryptoKit application. 6. Click on next to begin Installation 7. On this notification click Install this driver software anyway Sberbank d.d. Stranica 6
8. Click on Finish to complete the installation 9. There is a possibility that computer must be restarted. If this message appears click on Yes. NOTE: After clicking 'Finish' and the restart of your PC, it is imperative to connect your MiniKey. After the Windows system has restarted, CryptoKit will install the required drivers for your MiniKey device. 1.2 Initialization of MiniKey device Upon the start of the operating system and the notification that the device has been installed and ready to use, the device has to be initialized. This is executed as follows: 1. In order to start the ARgenie application for working with the MiniKey device, enter the Windows Start Menu. Click Start / Programs / ARX / CryptoKit / ARgenie. 2. In order to format the MiniKey device, select the Action tab and the Format token option. 3. On the next screen, enter your password for your MiniKey device. The password must have at least 6 alphanumeric characters (the application diversifies between capital and small letters!). Enter your password in the first field, re-enter it in the field below and click 'OK'. 4. If you have entered the password correctly, the following screen appears: IMPORTANT: If you wish to use the Sberbank Business Online application on several PCs, on the additional PCs ONLY the CryptoKit application and the MiniKey drivers have to be installed. DO NOT INITIALISE THE DEVICE WHEN PERFORMING THE INSTALLATION ON OTHER PCs! 1.3 Adding certificates (Windows XP) In the provided Sberbank Business Online package, you have received the form "Podaci za preuzimanje certifikata" (Data for adding certificates), containing a short instruction and the link for the adding of the certificate. If a business subject has several users of the Sberbank Business Online system, these users are listed on Sberbank d.d. Stranica 8
the Activation request. For each user, a separate certificate is issued which needs to be added to the user of the respective MiniKey. 1. When accessing the page https://eb.sbhr.hr/, in the bottom toolbar (under 'Corporate customers'), click the Certificates link. 2. By clicking Certificates, the form for the certificate download is opened. Please enter the data Username and Password from the Form for certificate download which you received in the package. 3. After you have entered the respective data and clicked Next, the following warning window is opened asking the User to request the certificate. Please confirm by clicking Yes. 4. Upon confirmation, the PIN (password) has to be entered in the application which you have set up in the MiniKey initialization process. Sberbank d.d. Stranica 9
5. After you have entered your PIN (password) and clicked 'OK', the application now retracts your personal data and prompts confirmation of the User in order to continue the adding of the certificates(s). If the data is correct, click YES. NOTE: Should the data not be correct, please contact your contact-person in Sberbank d.d. 6. Before the process of adding the certificates is finally initialized, the application once again warns the User of the adding of the certificates and prompts for the respective confirmation. Click Yes. 7. After you have successfully added the certificate, the following screen will appear confirming that the certificate has been successfully added. 1.4 Adding certificates (Windows Vista) In the provided Sberbank Business Online package, you have received the form "Podaci za preuzimanje certifikata" (Data for adding certificates), containing a short instruction and the link for the adding of the certificate. If a business subject has several users of the Sberbank Business Online system, these users are listed on the Activation request. 1.5 Setting the UAC Windows 7 (User Account Control) Then, set the user account control settings. Click Start and enter in the search bar User Account Control as shown below. The program will then show the following search results. Select Change User Account Control settings. This opens the following screen; here, lower the setting all the way down to Never notify. 2.2 Initialization of the MiniKey device Upon the start of the operating system and the notification that the device has been installed and is ready to use, the device has to be initialized. This is executed as follows: 1. In order to start the ARgenie application for working with the MiniKey device, enter the Windows Start Menu. Click Start / Programs / ARX / Cryptokit / ARgenie64. 2. In order to format the MiniKey device, select the Action tab and the Format token option. 3. Click Yes. Sberbank d.d. Stranica 22
4. On the next screen, enter your password for your MiniKey device. The password must have at least 6 alphanumeric characters (the application diversifies between capital and small letters!). 3 Log-in After you have added the certificate you can now login into the Sberbank Business Online. Just follow these steps: 1. After you have re-entered the Internet Explorer application, enter the address https://eb.sbhr.hr/ and select the option Business Online. 2. Select the certificate offered by Internet Explorer.
