FOUNDER S BIO Soody Tronson is the founder of STLGip, a bou,que technology law firm in Silicon Valley. She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience combining law, science, engineering, and business management in start- up and established environments. Soody s legal experience prior to star,ng her firm includes: Law firms of HellerEhrman, and Townsend and Townsend: IP Counsel; Hewle\- Packard Company: In- house IP Counsel; Successfully acquired medical device start- up company: General Counsel and VP of Intellectual Property. Soody s experience also includes: Several years in the life science/pharma/device and hi- tech industries; Member of Technical Staff and Engineering Manger at Hewle\- Packard and Schering- Plough Corpora,ons; Founded several companies; Invested in several companies; Inventor on several patents/applica,ons.
