The company is also the holder of National Security Authority certification permitting the company to access secret information up to the "Confidential" classification level. OFFERING INDRA has been awarded three blocks in the Czech Republic in the Application Development and Maintenance Service RFP announced by Telefónica in 2009. The Block structure reflects a bigger consolidation and grouping of applications around the key business processes, which should result in greater efficiency and productivity of the development activities and maintenance to be provided by the selected Supplier of each Block. The Blocks assigned to Indra in the multi-year contract (2009-2013) are the following: Portals 60 applications - external portals, self-care, e-shop, and applications related with direct electronic interactions with final customers, messaging, recharging Business Intelligence 14 applications - informational, data warehouse and data mart, common platforms and components and applications to support IT Enterprise Support Systems 77 applications - applications associated with logistics, inventory, accounting-financial, collections, management control, resource management, planning and control management, document management systems, Intranet and Workflow
APPLICATION MANAGEMENT BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Types and Description of the Contracted Services Corrective Maintenance Service Applied to all of the incidents identified in the operation of the Blocks having an error as their source, or failure caused by the software code. This service includes the repair of data when they are affected by errors in the software code. Lifecycle Maintenance Service (change requests simple and small) Defined as the development activities that respond to easy change requests (RFC) that require primarily analysis and programming tasks but do not modify the design of the application, and with a maximum effort of 40 man-days. Development and Major Evolution Service Defined as the remainder of the applications evolution (compared with small evolution or lifecycle), that is to say, all development activities except those that Telefónica considers major or singular projects and which are not subject to these Terms and Conditions. Ad-hoc Support Service Defined as the "ad hoc" support for the applications contracted, and that usually does not involve developing or modifying code. Applied to support requests required by Telefónica, with an upper limit according to the establishment of a specific baseline for the service. BI Domain Application Management This domain is characterized by existence of different legacy analytical data stores, originating in the former fixed and mobile system maps and built for specific business purposes, and a convergent unified platform, called EDW, based on the merger and evolution of some of these existing applications: acrm: mobile business data warehouse built on Teradata database and its associated ETL processes, based on DataStage. GDW: fixed business data warehouse built on Teradata database and its associated ETL processes, based on Informatica PowerCenter. GDW data model has been selected to evolve and support both mobile and convergent services and products. SS: Shared Space within Teradata database intended for consolidation of GDW and acrm. SS is the existing way to match identity between customers with mobile products and services present in acrm and customer with fixed products and services present in GDW. Microstrategy: reporting platform fed from GDW, acrm and SS.

The source data about the customers are retrieved from data warehouse. Users define the rules for campaign execution based on the source data. Direct responses are collected from separate channels. Inferred responses are evaluated from the data in the data warehouse. Customer profiles, targeting, business case in the entry, monitoring, data archived, reporting, automatic evaluation. CUSTOMER DATAMART First increment of the Unified Data Layer This project is based on the concept of single version of the truth data from separate source systems are consolidated in one semantic layer used for all business reports. Semantic layer will consist of several specialized data marts. Within the first increment, customer data mart was implemented. This data mart includes consolidated information about contracts and products with a set of related KPI s. KPI s are computed by the Subscriber Analysis Application developed by Scorecard Systems Inc.
