Total Solution ibex PMS is not only a full featured property management system but is the only such system that is fully integrated with the following modules: Channel Manager: allowing your PMS to send inventory, rates and other details to over 60 pre-registered sales channels (view at web.seekom.com/channel-management). Set thresholds to protect yourself from over booking when there is low availability. Set specific room types and rates for individual channels. The channel manager is provided as part of the ibex PMS but can be provided as a stand alone module and it interfaces to a number of partner PMS as displayed at web.seekom.com/about/partners and select Property Management Systems. Online Bookings: allows visitors to your website to easily check availability and make instant confirmation, on-request bookings or enquiries. Easily integrated into your existing website. Unlike connecting to 3rd party channel managers, this interface is 100% meaning less chance of double bookings from channels. The online bookings module is provided with ibex PMS and includes the channel manager. It can also be provided separately to the ibex PMS. Content Managed Website (CMS): these are low cost ready built themed websites based on open source WordPress with the online booking fully built in. Changes to descriptions or rates in your booking system will automatically update the relevant pages in your website. Start with the core website setup and add as many new pages as you wish.
