Setting Up Out of Office Assistant- Web Client 1. Open your Email 2. Click on Options, Upper Right Corner - 3. Click on See All Options 4. Click on, 5. Set as Below, Click Save
Assistance with Setting Up Personal Email Account 1. You can create your own FREE personal Email account. Here are some choices: www.yahoo.com www.gmail.com 2. You will be required at each website to register as a new user. 3. If you need assistance, you can call the Help Desk to schedule a time to come in and we will assist you with creating your own personal email address. NOTE: MCCSC does not Administer Password s for personal email addresses from another vendor or NON-MCCSC resource.
Moving Lockers or Copying Files 1. Right Click on Start, 2. Choose Open Windows Explorer 3. Browse to Z: Drive 4. Click on Edit, Select All or CTRL+A on your keyboard Notice all files in locker are Highlighted in Blue now 5. Insert Thumb Drive 6. Browse to that Drive, possibly E:, Double click Drive Letter to Access Thumb Drive 7. Click on Edit, Select Paste or CTRL+V on your keyboard 8. You have now copied all your locker files to your thumb drive NOTE: If you want your locker moved to another employee, please call the Help Desk at 349-4758, EXT-44357 or 50350.
Changing Voicemail Message 1. Press Messages on Your Phone 2. Login to Voicemail, using your Passcode 3. Go into 4-Setup Options 4. Greetings-1 5. Re-record- Press 1 6. Follow Prompts to SAVE new Greeting If you need a password reset: click here
Exporting Contacts out of Outlook 1. Open Outlook 2. Click on Contacts 3. Click on File 4. Select, Options 5. Choose Advanced, Select Export 6. Export to File, Next
7. Choose Comma Separated Values, (Windows) 8. Select Contacts, Next
9. Choose Export Location, Defaults to Desktop 10. Click Finish, and OK to close window Now you can save the file onto a thumb drive, or login to your personal email and import your file. You may call the Help Desk for support at any time EXT-44357. Make certain you save this file onto a removable media device that you can take with you after separation of employment, if needed.
Importing Contacts into Outlook at Home 1. Open Outlook 2. Click on File, Options 3. Click on Advanced, 4. Click on Export,
5. Choose, Import from another program or file 6. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows)
7. Click Browse to File Location of contacts.csv, Choose Do not import duplicates, Click Next 8. Take Defaults through next few screens, OK and close windows after import is complete
Exporting Entire Mail Folder (Outlook) 1. Click on Contacts 2. Click on File 3. Select, Options 4. Choose Advanced, Select Export 5. Export to File, Next
6. Outlook Data File (.pst), Click Next 7. Select Inbox, check subfolders, click Next
8. Choose Export Location, Defaults to Desktop 9. Click Finish, and OK to close window Now you can save the file onto a thumb drive, or login to your personal email and import your file.
