Since Bank BPH S.A. and Pekao are members the same capital group, according to the provisions the Law 15 December 2000 on Competition and Customer Protection, certain activities between Bank BPH S.A. and Pekao including appointment supervisory board members within the banks do not require notification to the President the Office for Competition and Customer Protection, and therefore such activities are not regarded as activities between competing entities on the basis this Law.
