2013 Confederation Cup Sony Support Sony has been established in Brazil for over 40 years with offices in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife. We have more than 30 authorized service centers for professional and broadcast products, supporting TV stations, production houses, companies, movie theaters and others. We have more than 200 authorized service centers for consumer products, throughout the country.

The objective of this letter is to offer basic information about the stadiums such as address and telephone number. As well as where to find Sony Authorized Service Centers, Sony Product Dealers and Sony Media Dealers, hours of operation and other useful information. General Information Opening Hours Most companies adopt the business hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday: Closed unless otherwise specified or with special agreement. Please note that for the possibility of same day repair, equipment must arrive by 4:00pm at the latest. Equipment arriving after that time will be diagnosed the following business day. Delivery & Collection Customers are encouraged to deliver and collect equipment in person. On site Repairs On site visits for systems products can be handled by Sony Brasil engineers or some ASCs (Authorized Service Centers), but will need the customer to arrange the necessary accreditation to access the IBC or stadiums venues. Payment All work is chargeable. Payment is required, in cash or by major credit/debit card (see details in each company), before repaired equipment can be collected (or dispatched). Warranty work will be charged. Customers must arrange to re claim the cost from their local organization. Any deviation from this arrangement is only possible with the prior consent of Sony in the customer s country of origin. Such an agreement must be communicated to Sony Brasil before 1 st June 2013. Credit/Debit cards Sony Brasil accepts most major credit and debit cards through our RBS WorldPay payment gateway which uses the 3D secure system for added security (MasterCard Secure Code/Verified by Visa). Checks Sony Brasil will not accept personal checks. Page 3

During normal working hours a labor rate of US$150.00 per hour will be applied in all cases unless special arrangements have been made (see section headed payment on the preceding page). For out of hours and weekends the labor charge will be US$300/hr. b. There will be an initial inspection/diagnostic fee of US$200.00 for every repair. This fee will be refunded if the customer decides to proceed with the repair. c. For every Sony Customer having an Out of Warranty repair, Sony Brasil or ASC will issue an Invoice to the customer. Sony Facilities Reception Engineering Team Sony has 3 engineers working fulltime in Rio de Janeiro, supporting broadcasters, production house and others companies and also counts with 3 engineers in São Paulo city, 500 kilometers away from Rio de Janeiro (45 minutes flight) and 1 engineer in the city of Recife (4 hours flight). The complete team is ready to support the customers during the Confederation Cup in Brazil. The Repair Capacity of the facility is estimated at up to 9 units per day. Fast TAT (Turn Around Time) full repair of all expected portable equipment. Software copying, special model support etc. 3 Engineers from Sony Brasil available for on-site support of systems equipment. Customers will be required to make payment upon collection of repaired equipment (see payment options on page 4) A customer reception and waiting area is available. External Parking: No parking area, we strongly recommend to use taxi service Food: There are plenty of fast food outlets and restaurants within walking distance of Sony office.
