Nova Scotia University Student Bursary Program For the period from September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2014, all Nova Scotia students (as determined by a definition established by the province) are entitled to a $128.30 per 0.5 unit course tuition reduction, in the form of a bursary, from the Nova Scotia Provincial Government. Other Canadian students will receive a tuition reduction in the amount of $26.10 per 0.5 unit course. This reduction is not reflected in the fees above.
