Complete : In good working condition and supplied with accessories, peripherals and test jig, where applicable Responsibility & Technical Clarity : Applicant or appointed consultant On-site (field) inspection Upon official request, on-site (field) inspection may be carried out due to sample is : huge, expensive, high logistic cost, customised product, order based on tender approval etc;. Additional costs related to the inspection shall be borne by the applicant. Collection Shall collect the sample within two (2) weeks from the date of issuance of COC Notify through e-comm.
