Empress Josephine loved walking there when she stayed in the pavilion named after her. With the boats on the lake, the little zoo, the storks and the children's games, the park is a very popular place with the locals. THE COVERED BRIDGES They have kept their name although the roofs disappeared in the 18th century. They are overlooked by four 14th century towers, remains of the old city walls.
