4.Bekreftelse Confirmation Rettigheter og plikter Legal rights and obligations Rettigheter Rights: As a registered user with NAV you are entitled to advice relating to achievement of employment as soon as possible. You are obliged to apply for unemployment benefits or work assessment allowances if this is appropriate for you. Unemployment benefits are granted from the day you completed the registration and fulfil the requirements. Work assessment allowances can be granted only from the date claimed. Plikter Obligations: As a jobseeker you have to report every 14 days in order to remain registered. You do that by returning your report card. If you send the report card late, the payment can be reduced or stopped. If you are receiving unemployment benefit from NAV you are obliged to stay active as a jobseeker.
