RESX Product and Services Overview: RESX Online Booking RESX delivers an online booking site with powerful and intuitive search capabilities, and efficient and time-saving booking processes, ensuring compliance, and significant cost efficiencies. The online booking suite also features: Auto-ticketing in RESX enables agencies and corporate accounts to streamline reservation processing, avoid missed ticketing deadlines, and eliminate the possibility of fare increases that often occur during the lag time between online reservation and ticketing. RESX Trip Sync allows users to retrieve up-to-date itinerary information for all trips, whether booked online through RESX or offline with a travel management provider. Online Reporting provides agencies and corporations with enhanced travel data reporting. Travel managers and system administrators can improve their ability to monitor travel and expense trends through executive dashboards and detailed, traveler-level data made possible through RESX s seamless integration with TRAVELTRAX. RESX Mobile provides travelers instant on-demand access to view RESX trips via their mobile devices with internet capability. RESX Profile & Data Solutions RESX Profile and Data Solutions give corporations and agencies more access and control over traveler profile information than ever before. The solution offers the following services: RESX Profiler, offered in a hosted or non-hosted environment, provides the industry s leading integrated profile synchronization functionality, compatible with all GDSs and many of the major online corporate booking tools. RESX Web Services enables companies to create customized booking applications or integrations with third-party applications that leverage RESX technology for availability, purchasing, and profile management. RESX Databridge and Custom Connect provides clients with custom tailored solutions to transfer data in any format to and from any RESX and other third-party application. RESX Consulting and Outsourced Services RESX Professional Services provides consulting and outsourced services to travel management companies (TMCs) and corporations using RESX, seeking to improve the overall user and administrative experience of RESX across a wide variety of activities. Services include: Site Audit, where corporate travel sites are reviewed and analyzed to ensure that they are optimized for speed, efficiency, policy administration, interface customization, and ease of use. Implementation services for new RESX sites. Minimal agent training time and learning curve. Customized development for site add-ins such as widgets, blogs, portals or enhancements to existing site pages. Site Administration, where travel agencies and or corporations, can choose to have sites administered directly by RESX Technologies. Alternate language support is now available for the Email Itinerary, to support the default language selected in RESX. Allows users to review and select from multiple fares for a single flight itinerary Provides an updated look along with additional resource links for travel information and RESX user aids. When performing hotel search requests, RESX provides a hotel search radius that is determined by user or the system default of 20 miles. Because some countries are not supported by Amadeus GEO-coding, RESX must perform alternate hotel search requests. Provide the ability to prohibit the Reserve or Purchase functions of a reservation when there is not enough time to ticket based on the Agency Settings of the selected policy branch. Additionally, RESX to only warn the user about ticket time limits if the set warnings apply to the user s ticket type. Enhance existing RESX functionality to utilize Database tables instead of hard coded tables for Instant Purchase and Ticketless carriers; provide the ability to read and include a form of payment for Instant Purchase and Ticketless carriers at time of Reserve or Purchase; Queue these reservations to a dedicated Queue; restrict the ability to modify and add air segments to a purchased Ticketless Carrier reservation; display unique icons for these carriers; more. See the Functional Details section for additional information. One way fares With the addition of new policy rules, a user may request available flights priced as one-way fares. Fares will be returned in the Priced Air Itineraries. Look-up list display enhancement When look-up lists are displayed in RESX with more than 1000 line items, excessive memory was being used and causing server errors. Air contract enhancements Ability to apply a primary booking code in conjunction with additional parameters for an air contract. Will allow multiple contracts to be run for a given airline and presented in same display to user. Amtrak and rail infrastructure Preferred vendor by market Enhancements on 508 compliance TripSync enhancements Performance optimizations Provides users the ability to shop, book and modify Amtrak reservations using Sabre. Allows companies to bias vendors (air/hotel) by specific markets and automatically feed updates into the system on a recurring basis to adjust these biases. Helps corporations drive volume to a particular vendor and ensure segment commitments are met. User interface (UI) enhancements needed to improve navigation for the visually-impaired. Mouse over identifiers for navigation fields in the traveler UI. Expand current functionality of Trip Sync to allow a match on a unique identifier other than the primary e-mail address, thereby opening up use of service to additional companies. RESX Training & Support: TRX will provide the training and support for the products outlined above to the Representatives directly. Each agency will be responsible for assigning one or more persons to become certified on RESX by completing a training class conducted by TRX at a TRX designated facility. Each agency would then be able to set up the needed RESX sites with the customization for each client. TRX will support the agency through the initial set up. Once the site is live, the agency would serve as level one support in assisting with client training, navigation support, lost password support etc. Each agency owns the RESX site or sites and they can sell and market to as many accounts as they would like. If the agency is unable to assist their end user then they would log their question to TRX via a CRM tool and TRX would respond within 10 business days. (There are escalation steps for urgent problems) The RESX data center is monitored 24 hours per day, seven days a week. After hours, weekends and during holidays, emergency support is provided via pager. RESX Sales Demo Access: In an effort to assist you further in successfully selling RESX to your prospective clients, TRX is pleased to announce that we can now open access for you to utilize our TRX RESX Sales Demo Company when making presentations or performing demonstrations. This RESX Company has been configured to demonstrate the maximum visualization of RESX and its capabilities. In addition, all of the key functionality is turned on to allow you to focus on key differentiators when selling against other online booking tools. To support your access to the Sales Demo site, we have also created a standardized demo script allowing you to touch on the important selling points and know where they are located on each screen; this is a tried and tested method that has proved very successful in winning new business. Upon clicking the link, you will see that we have created a simple web form site for the user to register on. When the user clicks on submit it will generate an email to a TRX email address and the login will be created. Two security items are also on the page as follows 1) RESX Support Site ID required This will ensure that we only open access and create a login for an existing client and if necessary, the user can be cross referenced with the RESX Support Site ID for validation. 2) Captcha Code Because this is a public website, this code will eliminate spam.
