Pallet changing Pallet Changer PAL-TRANSFER easy safe quick fully automated Special features The principle of our machine is sophisticated and allows all products to be re-palletised safely. Glasses, tubes, tins, boxes, ampoules, as well as big bags and sacks are changed over in any order. Your products are handled very carefully and gently with our pallet changer. The stack of goods is only burdened with its own weight. The goods are neither pushed nor pressed! The below layer cannot be damaged by faulty pallets either. In our prism-shaped tilting element the products will be realigned automatically. After the pallet changing procedure the products are standing again in an upright position as delivered. Overhangs of goods and/or pallet as well as a flush attachment of goods to pallet are transferred exactly or can be changed individually. We would like to emphasise out the safety-system of our pallet changer, consisting of a safety fence and safety light barrier, which protect the personnel and the machine effectively. The fully-automated operation of the pallet changer is activated by pressing the <Start>-button. The pallet swings downwards automatically, for easy exchange by hand or pallet truck. The two operation-periods of each 25 secondscan be used to proceed the workflow, like for example by removing foil, supplying pallets, scanning in the product data, etc..
It s a matter of principle The pallet changer PAL-TRANSFER enables transport pallets to be exchanged in one simple automated operation. All pallet formats can be handled in a reliable and timesaving fashion. Different stacks of goods can be repalletised in any order. The products are centred, as a complete stack, via their own weight and held safely by a prism-shaped tilting element. The goods are neither pushed nor pressed. The pallet changer PAL-TRANSFER is a single unit, which only requires a minimal amount of space. The stack of goods is lifted as a complete unit in a prism-shaped tilting element. The goods are laid down gently on the plates of the tilting element during the tilting process. In the position taken up after being tilted, at either a 90 or 120-degree angle, the goods are safely seated in the tilting element. A cover plate secures the top layer of the goods. The pallet is moved away from the goods horizontally. There is no risk of damage to the bottom layer of the goods due to faulty or damaged pallets. The pallet swings away in a downward motion and can easily be exchanged. The procedure for the new pallet takes place in reverse order. The pallet changing operation takes around 60 seconds.
