Included in this fee is the repair of up to 6 minor punctures and/or seam leaks. Upon completion of the repair, your drysuit will receive a second in-water test. NOTE: All drysuits receiving a repair affecting the watertight integrity of the drysuit is subject to this fee. DISCREPANCIES It is recommended that you inspect your drysuit upon receipt from DUI. DUI must be notified, in writing, 30 days from shipment date of any shortages, overages, irregularities, or dissatisfaction regarding terms, discounts, prices, sizing, or condition of sale. DUI will otherwise assume complete customer satisfaction and acceptance of order as shipped and invoiced. Claims for damages and shortages resulting from common carrier transit are to be filed with the delivery carrier upon receipt of merchandise. DUI will not be held liable for damages during shipping.
