If we don t have a buyer profile on the Exchange suitable for a seller then we default to the BracketBox to make a match. The Advisorbox Recruiter Network is a confidential advisor referral system. The Network is comprised of leading financial sector recruiting, staffing and consulting firms. Our Network recruiters utilize the BracketBox to submit advisor candidates when appropriate. The Directory is a free directory of companies providing product and service solutions for financial advisors. The Advisorbox GiftBox is our way of trying to make every advisor smile at least once per year for the rest of their career. We sing happy birthday to advisors and provide access to free birthday gifts from local and national businesses.
What is the BracketBox? An innovative advisor recruiting and acquisition lead generation outsourcing system and construct. Advisor demographic market areas (DMA) are divided into Brackets and each Bracket is occupied by an exclusive selection of clients represented by firm types. Recruiting leads generated are only sent to clients occupying that DMA Bracket. It is a low cost way for a firm to have a recruiting seat at the table with advisors who are currently evaluating their recruiting options. BracketBox Features: Low monthly cost. Monthly BracketBox fees range from $50 to $150 per month (plus placement fee). All monthly Bracket fees are deducted from the placement fee. Provides both hiring and acquiring lead generation from unique combination of resources. Professional Executive Summary about your firm and value proposition. Recruiting lifecycle support. Quality leads who receive an Executive Summary on your value proposition. Exclusive. Only 2 client firms per firm type per DMA. Advisorbox can not sign any form of a non-solicitation agreement but we will not accept recruiting leads from a DMA Bracket from advisors employed by any client occupying the same DMA Bracket. The Advisor s profile is emailed to you including the best number and time to reach them. You have initial recruitingbased conversation with advisor and determine next steps. We contact the advisor for feedback, share with you and help with next steps. 3 $ Recruiting lifecycle steps begin. We provide recruiting management support throughout process as needed. Due diligence, offer, negotiations, agreement and start date set. Advisor starts, licenses transferred, transition process begins. You are billed a % of trailing 12 revenue/gdc minus the sum of monthly BracketBox fees paid.
Recruiting and Acquisition Lead Generation The BracketBox offers a multi-faceted lead generation structure. We generate advisor recruiting leads from our Family of Firms, Recruiter Network, Directory, Exchange, Advisorbox Consultants and our Advisorbox social media, webinar and direct marketing teams. This unique blend of resources and advisor access casts a wide net in identifying and introducing advisors interested in your recruiting opportunity.
Application & Approval Process Firms occupying Brackets in the BracketBox are a part of an exclusive club. There are strict restrictions to the recruiting and acquisition options we offer advisors in each geographical market. We require all prospective firms who desire to occupy a Bracket Box to complete this application. There is limited Bracket availability, more Bracket- Box demand than supply and we only make a profit when a placement is made. To be accepted into the BracketBox we must believe your firm has a strong likelihood of having placement success if you were introduced to the right advisors (who appreciate the due diligence we do on our clients). This application is considered confidential and will not be shared with any person outside of our internal management committee responsible for approving applications. Applications and the commentary from your Advisorbox Consultant conversation are reviewed by our management team every Friday for approval or denial. Next Steps Contact as for a screen share presentation and discuss details. Check BracketBox availability for your type of firm in the Bracket DMA you re targeting. Complete and submit application. Application approved. Agreement sent and Executive Summary is created and submitted to you for approval and edits. Executive Summary is approved and Bracket DMA is assigned to you for your firm type. When our Family of Firms, Recruiter Network, websites and Advisorbox Consultants identify an advisor lead in your Bracket DMA who is interested in the type of firm you have we have a conversation about your firm and opportunity. For advisors interested in your value proposition we send then your Executive Summary and send you the advisor profile information including AUM, revenue, recurring revenue percentage, contact info, background info and when would be the best time to contact him or her. If you are approved, then we would execute the BracketBox service and fee agreement. Once your Bracket is officially occupied we will create your Advisorbox template Executive Summary. The summary will be our guideline in sharing your firm with an advisor and then sent (along with other info you d like us to send) to interested advisors in your bracket. There is a $150 Executive Summary set up fee billed with your first month s bracket fee.
