Worked with typically developing students as well as students identified as needing early intervention services. Collaborated with early intervention staff and therapists in an inclusive setting. Role: Assisted in designing classroom, creating curriculum and setting up a new full day early childhood education center. Responsible for lead teaching duties in classroom as well as interviewing new staff. Collaborated with special education staff to provide shared experiences for all toddler students. Received Work Place Excellence award from Birmingham Public Schools in 2001. 1991-1998 Oakland University: Teacher.
