Irene Solino Díaz Mount Hawthorn 6016 Perth Info@irenesolino.com 0474308588 Summary I am a consultant with over 15 years experience in SAP integration, Team and Project Management. I am specialised in SAP Workflow, SAP EDI/ALE, ITS Mobile, SAP Automation, SAP Process Integration, SAP Business Connector, ABAP and more. I have knowledge in SAP Sybase Unwired Platform, Objective-C and Java for SAP integration with Apple or Android platforms. I am highly knowledgeable in MM and SD and knowledgeable in PP, HR and FICO processes. My extensive experience with these tools enables me to complete any SAP Integration project with third party products, data integration platforms or mobile devices, completing each phase of a project from beginning to end. I have extensive experience as an integration consultant with more than 40 clients, Team Leader, Project Manager and Operations Manager for over 100 people, so I understand the needs of companies at all levels and I have dealt with both clients and employees at all levels. I m responsible, multidisciplinary, creative, free thinking, open minded and proactive. I handle pressure well. I like to maintain and develop my skills and share my knowledge.

Work experience Plug and SAP (elearning Platform) 2014 (SAP Training) I have started an online training platform (www.plugandsap.com) that offers affordable professional SAP courses by video (the first phase is in Spanish. The second phase will be in English). It is focused for consultants who want to improve their skills by themselves but can t access the official SAP Training for various reasons. I am recording the lessons now and in some months I will launch it on the market. Acorex (Agricultural cooperative) 2012-2014 (SAP PI / SAP EDI / SAP Workflow / SAP ABAP) This was a new SAP implementation (MM, SD, FI and CO). My main goal on the project was to ensure the proper integration with third party products. I identified the scope with a lot of meetings with the client user keys for all areas (MM, SD, FI and CO). They approved the generated Blueprint and then I created the integration project charter and Integration Project Management Plan for our Project Manager. Once I had identified the third party products, and the processes and protocols of the third party products, I designed and built the solution with SAP PI 7.3, SAP EDI and SAP Workflows for error management. I connected SAP with RFC and IDOC adapters, and with the third party products with webservices and FTP Adapter. I used standard functions and created new functions in Java for the mapping. I am collaborating with the online support team now. Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (Public Business Entity) 2013 (SAP Workflow) I designed and built a new Approval Workflow for their MM department. A member of the internal team in the client must learn how to build it, so I taught him as I was developing it for two weeks. He didn t know SAP Workflow, so for the first week I trained him a general workflow. In the second week I built the workflow, tested it, and documented the process.

IDIA (Association for Research, Development and Innovation in Aragon) 2013 (SAP ALE) SAP Course BIT300 Integration Technology ALE (ALE fundamentals, Master Data Distribution, Distribution Transaction Data (Message Control and BAPIs), Monitoring). Gestamp Renowables (Renewable Energy) 2009-2013 (Client Sales Manager and Project Manager) As the Commercial Client Manager and supported by the major functional consultants in Ciber, I obtain the first project for this enviable large client for a new installation (PP, MM, SD, PS, MM, FI, CO, IM). It was an Eolic towers factory. After the first project (2009-2010) we started another in a Solar company of the group and then some rollouts in other Solar companies of the group. Talgo (Rail Industry) 2012 I designed and built two new Workflows for MM release strategies (Purchase Order and Request for Quotation). I presented both of them to the SAP area manager and his team, and I trained the support Ciber team in Talgo, who was responsible for training end-members. Productos Solubles (Alimentary sector) 2011 (Client Sales Manager and SAP EDI) I got the EDI project in this client as a Client Sales Manager. In a second phase I got the service support business and the SAP licenses for Ciber (after a botched SAP implementation by another SAP partner and thanks to the good name of Ciber in the Spanish market and the reputation of its senior consultants). As a SAP EDI Consultant I did the analysis, design, implementation and training for the EDI project (Purchase Order, Order Sales, Output and Inbound Delivery, Purchase and Sales Invoice). Hermanas Hospitalarias (Health Sector) 2006-2010 (Client Sales Manager, Project Manager and SAP Integration Consultant) I joined the team that implemented a new SAP in 2006. After that I was the client Sales Manager, Project Manager for the following projects and SAP Integration Consultant for the support. As a consultant I worked with SAP XI 3.0 (file-to-sap and SAP-to-file) SAP IDocs, Workflows and ABAP. I managed the Master Data Homogenization using BOT (comprehensive database with complete information on medicines in Spain) and I created some procedures to standardise previously un-standardised materials. As a Client Sales Manager I managed a Mobility Project with ITS Mobile to control the hospital pharmacy stock with barcodes using Industrial PDAs.

Gonvarri Industrial (Steel industry) 2003-2010 (Client Sales Manager and SAP Integration Consultant) I joined the team in the Burgos Rollout as SAP EDI Consultant. They stopped the collaboration with Ciber after some rollouts, but not my services as a SAP EDI Consultant. A change in the Ciber direction staff gave me the account at a commercial level. It was difficult due to internal politics in the client company, But I eventually gained their confidence and won a new project It was difficult due to internal politics in the client company. A rollout for a plant in Russia. The good work of the team got a new rollout for a plant in Turkey. As a SAP EDI Consultant I customized and developed several EDI messages for MM and SD modules. There were various versions of the messages depending on the customer or supplier (Orders, Deliveries, Invoices, Inventory, Forecast to the supplier) and some of these versions were new complicated developments because the client had a lot of ABAP enhancements. There were a lot of phases to integrate in all the plants. The integration was made with an EDI subsystem (EDICOM) I worked a lot of months with the support team for all the plants because they didn t have internal teams for this tasks. Grupo Abengoa (Renewable energy) 2008 (Presales SAP Workflow) I designed and developed a complicate dynamic Workflow model for the group authorization management. This prototype helped us to obtain a new the project in the client. Cafés Valiente (Alimentary sector) 2005-2006 (SAP EDI - ABAP) As a SAP EDI Consultant I did the analysis, design, implementation and training for the EDI project (Purchase Order, Order Sales, Output and Inbound Delivery, Purchase and Sales Invoice and Inventory). Torres (Wine Sector) 2006 (SPA EDI ABAP) I did the analysis, design, implementation and training for the EDI project (Sales Order creation, modification and confirmation)

Aksys Insonit (Automotive Sector) 2001-2006 (SAP EDI and SAP ABAP) Periodically I adapted the client System to new requirements. New fields, structure changes or mapping changes. Metro de Madrid (Transport) 2004-2005 (SAP workflow ABAP) I collaborated on two different projects. The first (in 2004), a Workflow Project to transfer the flows which were in Lotus to SAP Workflow. A year later they wanted to transfer the authorization management flows to SAP, integrating with a big HR structure and a specific user interface. Holcim (Construction sector) 2004-2005 (SAP workflow and SAP BC) I did the analysis, design, implementation and training for a Workflow model for transport management in the whole SAP system map. They have many systems in the world and they were doing go lives and refreshing the machines periodically. Critical objects were managed and in a dynamic way the team could decide if a flow from a machine to another needs one kind of authorization or another. BSH Bosch and Siemens (Home Appliances) 2004 (SAP EDI ABAP) The company team tackled a project to change the version and they wanted in the team someone to review the EDI customizing in the system and predict errors before changing the version. Indra 2004 (SAP EDI ABAP) The company team tackled a project to change the version and they wanted in the team someone to review the EDI customizing in the system and predict errors before changing the version.

Grupo Uralita 2004 (SAP workflow) I did a Workflow integration with Microsoft Outlook. SAP sent external mails with intelligent links to have different decisions without using SAP workplace. The response was sent again to SAP that entered into the system. The workflow identified and interpreted the mail and continued the process after collecting some information. T-Gestiona (Communication sector) 2003 (SAP workflow) The internal team tackled a project to change the version and they wanted in the team someone to review the Workflow developments in the system and predict errors before changing the version. Interplast 2003 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did an EDI Project to integrate two messages: Forecast to the supplier, and deliveries. Aquagest Levante (Utilities) 2002-2003 (SAP Business Connector and EDI) I did two different projects for the client. An EDI project for Data Master and commercial messages (ORDERS, ORDCHG, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC) and I integrated SAP with a third part product using SAP Business Connector. There were several scenarios from SAP to file and from file to SAP (with IDOCs format on the SAP side) Victorio Luzuriaga 2002-2003 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did an EDI Project to integrate two messages: Forecast to the supplier, and deliveries. Inoxcrom 2002 (SAP EDI, SAP Workflow and ABAP) I did an EDI project with IDOCs using ORDERS, ORDCHG and ORDRSP messages, and Workflows for error management.

Schneider Electric (Electrical sector) 2001-2002 (SAP Business Connector and SAP Workflow and ABAP) I did a Workflow Project to create and modify SD objects. I joined the client Support Team for SAP Business Connector. I started a prototype with SAP Business Connector and I had many presales meetings with Schneider, Philips and Pirelli to get a project for a web platform to concentrate on purchases and sales for the sector. The users could launch requests and receive various offers. We won the project after some months and the client paid us for the number of transactions. It was one of the most profitable projects in Ciber. The client bought the platform after a few years. Tycsa 2001 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did a little EDI project for the integration of the IDOCs for cross company invoice. United Biscuits 2001 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did a little EDI Third Party integration project with EDI/IDOCs. The main task was to organize and identify the mappings to be done with the third party. Flamagas 2001 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did a little EDI project to export data master with ALE usign IDOCs. Antonio Puig 2001-2002 (SAP EDI and ABAP) I did a little EDI project for the integration of the IDOCs for cross company.

Pirellli Cables (Electrical sector) 1998-2000 (SAP Workflow, SAP EDI, ITS, OLE, ABAP) This was my first client. I received a week ABAP course in Ciber (Offilog in 1998) I knew how to program in other languages so it was easy and they sent me quickly to my first client. They gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about ABAP and SAP Automation to integrate SAP with Excel and Word. I developed my first Workflow processes too, and from that time I specialised in Workflow. In Pirelli I had my first contact with EDI too and when the SAP ITS product was a great unknown in the market they let me investigate it and I created an online shop. Other projects Business Connector Cemide (2009), Aquagest Levante (2002-2003), Tycsa (2000), Borges (2000-2002) SAP Automation Hager (2008), Grupo SM (2004-2006), Aldeasa (2005-2006), Borges (2000) ITS Idealflor (2003), Grupo AGBAR (2000), Tycsa (2000) Izasa (1999) Programming Fercable (1999) Various Zimmer (2003), Metro de Madrid (2003), Esmena (2002) Training courses presented EDI IDIA (2013), Productos Solubles (2012), ALKAbello (2011), Gonvarri Industrial (2010), Agbar (2005), Holcim (2004), Petrol Union (2004), Miele (2003), Flamagas (2001), United Biscuits (2001) Workflow BSH (2013), Ciber (2012), ALKAbello (2011), Gonvarri Industrial (2010), Agbar (2005), Metro de Madrid (2003), Schneider Electric (2002) Business Connector Hager Group (2006), Mitsubishi-Motors (2003), Miele (2003) SAP Automation ALKAbello (2011), Miele (2003) Java Connector Aena (2004) ITS Izasa (1999) Programming Aena (2004), ZF Ansa (2004)
