Tourism and ecological center on Easter Island Description: Project requiring investment partner for tourism initiative in the rural part of Easter Island. The site is a farm with an area of 2,700 m 2. It is equipped with drinking water, electricity, a water recycling plant and its own irrigation system, has a plantation of native trees and is suitable for tourism use. It is wholly owned by one person who is offering it to investors or as a concession for 15 years or an agreed period. Construction and equipment of hostel and rustic cabins Description: The project involves construction of a welcoming hostel, rustic cabins and a barbecue area, built using local native wood, with a capacity to accommodate 50 guests. The initiative focuses on offering rest and tranquility in contact with nature. The plan envisages trails and rest areas within the property on the banks of the River Cautín. The property includes a great variety of native trees and has an important Mapuche heritage particularly as regards crafts and customs. It is in an area designated as a geopark that attracts both Chilean and overseas tourists throughout the year. Development of Reserva Tablaruca project Ecological conservation areas Description: Reserva Tablaruca is a property with an area of approximately 6,000 hectares, located in the coastal area of the Chiloé Island between Cucao and the Tantauco National Park. It consists of virgin evergreen woodland with a great variety of flora and fauna. Its area and magnificent geographical setting make it ideal for the development of a tourism project, taking into account the boom seen in the Chiloé Province s hotel market. There is great flexibility on the part of the owner given the option of long-term rental, depending on the scale of the project and its future return, with the possibility of reaching agreements that are beneficial to both parties. Construction and implementation of hotel for senior citizen segment Description: Tourism project that will offer hotel services targeting senior citizens. It envisages a specialized restaurant, leisure facilities, baths and specialized installations, personalized attention and the design of differentiated activities. It will be located in the Villarrica municipal district in the Araucanía Region on the shores of Lake Villarrica. The site has an area of 3,973 m 2 and is on the road between Villarrica and the Pucón municipal district, 92 km from Temuco and 763 km from Santiago. Construction of Cañon del Blanco Mountain Lodge Description: Cañon del Blanco Mountain Lodge is a high-level tourism project that will offer accommodation in cabins, hot springs, a spa, an events center and a restaurant, accompanied by a typically local experience in a mountain setting and unique location of great natural beauty. Kuy Kuy Lodge Tourist Center Description: The Kuy Kuy Lodge is a tourism project that seeks to build a bridge (Kuy Kuy) to the Pehuenche culture through a different and unique tourist and cultural experience in a privileged location surrounded by natural beauty. The Kuy Kuy Experience will be a link, a bridge with a living ancient people that is rich in traditions. It will submerge its clients in an unrivalled experience with Pehuenche communities, witnessing Mapuche rites and traditions. Lonquimay Tourist Center and Artisan Beer Production Description: The Lonquimay Patagonia Hostel is a tourism project that will offer accommodation, food and tourist programs. The center will cater for the needs of winter and summer visitors to the area with comfortable installations and high-quality services. The project is surrounded by beautiful views of the valley and its trails. The Lonquimay municipal district is close to national parks, rivers, lakes, ski centers, mountains and hot springs. Hostal y Cervecería Lonquimay will harness the production of artisan beer to the tourist center and its activities. San Manuel del Caro Estate Ecological conservation areas Description: The estate is located on the north Coast of Caro Lake, and it has around 400 has. of grassed surface. It reaches the Río Blanco with virgin terrain. The field can be used for raising cattle as it has magnificent wintering and summer pastures. The mountain it covers has a large variety of trees such as Tepa, Coihue, Mañío, Ciruelillo, Luma and Ñire. The topsoil is intact and there is no erosion or burned sectors on the mountain. As it is located on the north shore, it is affected directly by the sunlight during the whole year, what is very important in this area as it means the snow does not last long.
