If the machine still does not work, turn the main power off, and unplug the machine, and contact a service representative. After the service call message disappears, send the job again. -Check the destination. -Check the network. -Check the FTP server settings. -Check the SMTP server name, domain name, and e-mail address set in the Additional Functions screen. -Check that the SMTP server is operating properly. -Check the network status. -Check the network cables and connectors. If the machine still does not operate normally, turn the main power OFF, then turn it back ON.

If you do not know the password, contact your system manager. -Check the settings and ask the sender to resend. -Ask the sender to use a file format other than HTML and resend. -If the server is set up to keep error messages, allocate more space for incoming mail or retrieve the file with another computer -If the server is not set up to keep error messages or is

set to the SMTP receiving mode, allocate more space for incoming mail and ask the sender to re-send the image.
