Canon #037 -The memory is full (Memory for I-Fax reception is full). -Reception is rejected because printer is ready to print. #080 -Subaddress TX rejected. -A subaddress is set in remote machine. #081 -Password TX rejected. -A password is set in remote machine. #099 -Copy/print is interrupted. -Stop button was pressed during communication #102 -Check Subaddress/Password. -The subaddress and/or RX passwords do match. -Wait until automatically recovered. -Print out documents stored in memory with MEMORY RX or RECEIVED IN MAIL BOX -Erase error documents or unwanted documents in order to make memory available. -If an error occurs in printer, eliminate cause. -Check subaddress of remote party, and try again. If machine still does work, turn main power off, and unplug machine, and contact a service representative. After service call message disappears, send job again. -Check destination. -Check network. -Check FTP server settings. -Check SMTP server name, domain name, and e- mail address set in Additional Functions screen. -Check that SMTP server is operating properly. -Check network status. -Check network cables and connectors. If machine still does operate normally, turn main power OFF, n turn it back ON. -Check server and network. -Check database s address settings. #755 -You can send jobs because TCP/IP is functioning correctly. -IP address is set. -When configuring machine, IP address is correctly registered for eir DHCP, RARP or BOOTP. -Check TCP/IP setting on Additional Functions screen. Alternatively, you could ask sender to reduce file size by lowering image resolution or dividing it into smaller files. -Check I-Fax address and destination condition settings. -Set maximum data size for sending so that it is less than server capacity. -Check status of mail server, DNS server, and network. -Reset RX/Print Range setting in IP Address Range Settings in Additional Functions. -Check DNS server Settings in Network Settings, and /I-fax, and IP address settings in Additional Functions. -Check status of mail server and DNS server. -Check DNS Server Settings in Network Settings, and /I-Fax, and IP address settings in Additional Functions. -Check status of mail server and DNS server.
