Call Accounting Traffic Analysis Data Mining
BI4Data: Business Intelligence for Data BI4Data is a software package with a simple and intuitive web interface that let you analyse call accounting data related to the telephone traffic, generated by one PBX or a PBXes network o by a VoIP system. BI4Data can collect the Call Data Record (CDR are the tickets generated by PBX for each call) in several ways: - serial RS232 - socket IP - FTP/SFTP/FTPS TFTP - SCP - syslog - buffer SS100 (with data collection through IP, FTP or serial ( RS232
Available scenarios: single PBX Software BI4Data for a single PBX
Available scenarios: single PBX with SS100 Software BI4Data for a single PBX
BI4Data: intelligent buffer Mini Linux server embedded with 148 years of MTBF! ( client Data collection through serial or IP (server or ( calls RAM of 2 MByte (about 25.000 More flexible and reliable data collection thanks to SS100 buffer Flash memory on board Collected data are transferred using FTP trough the Customer LAN/WAN towards BI4Data PC/server
Available scenarios: multiple PBX network
BI4Data: simple interface but fully functional BI4Data introduce a new concept in the call accounting management: new business oriented services are available to the end phone user, to handle costs in complex enterprises, to allow traffic analysis and continue monitoring to avoid resources waste and abuse. Two operative logics are available to distribute call accounting information: - centralized report: it allow centralized preparation of reports in recursive mode, eventually periodic, distributed automatically by email or FTP. - demanded report: it allow the connection through web interface by each user to consult and execute desired reports autonomously.

BI4Data: data access by authentication
BI4Data: data are easily available
BI4Data: reports are simple and intuitive
BI4Data: reports are customizable
BI4Data: graphical report
BI4Data: functionality Company layout is handled in flexible and easy way with a 6 levels tree Calls costs can be calculated with personalized tariffs. Can be defined profiles for web users to customize the policies Data access is regulated by multilevel password with SSL connection Report can be generated and sent by mail or FTP in several standard formats: CSV, XLS or PDF. Reports are generated periodically and automatically as Excel, PDF or CSV files integrable in data warehouse systems. Report can be sent to the manager of each element of the company layout (recursive reports).
BI4Data: Traffic Analysis
BI4Data: Traffic Analysis functionality - Traffic Report are oriented to evaluation of PBX performances and ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) groups performances. - Intensity statistical parameters: number of occupations, number of conversations, number of failures for incoming and outgoing calls; occupation duration, conversation duration, waiting duration and failure duration for incoming and outgoing calls. - Quality statistical parameters: ASR: Answer Seizure Ratio, AHT: Average Handling Time, ACT: Average Conversation Time, AWT: Average Waiting Time, AFT: Average Failure Time - Traffic intensity, traffic by location, and traffic for most used external numbers.
BI4Data: Data Mining
BI4Data: Data Mining functionality PBX configuration screening: periodic report that monitor with daily, weekly, monthly or bi-monthly frequency, the PBX configuration checking if there are new extensions or trunks, if all the trunks are used and are operative and if the total number of trunks is suitable according with the handled traffic. Traffic abuse: periodic report to evaluate, for instance, the traffic generated towards a black list of telephone numbers, or when an extension or a group of extensions has generated a predefined volume of traffic. The report is generated and sent by email only when the monitor event happens. Anomalous traffic variation: periodic report to check if there is a variation of the average traffic or in the distribution of the traffic that overcome a predefined limit.
BI4Data: easy configuration
