Creating a foresight culture and system in an organisation is strategic, engaging, renewing and empowering. Also suited for managers, leaders and decision-makers. The Certified Foresight Professional programme gives you new capabilities to tackle the challenges in the changing working life and working environment and the opportunity to create a dynamic foresight system for your own organisation. Why? Traditional processes, strategies and ways of working are not adequate enough to comply with the changing working environment and challenges in the working life. Different practical micro level applications in strategic foresight have been created in addition to the traditional macro level proactive social research. What are the latest research findings and the best practices in strategic foresight? Foresight field has many new facilitative tools and methods, which are used throughout the programme. What kind of operations are we involved in 10-15 years from now? What is an organisation s role in the world, or the deep meaning that justifies its existence also in the future? Visionary development is defined as a proactive process, which aims at defining an orgnisation s business focus areas and the core competences that they require. We will get familiar with the theme through its current and latest research and methods. Typically futures thinking is utilized in examining product/service demand and consumption, competition development and competitors activities in the market, development needs in product development, customer relations development, employee competence and development needs, investment and risks, strategic and visionary decision-making needs, etc., i.e. normal business development planning.
