SuperGrainbag High Capacity Heavy duty gas-tight ISO Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) This gas-tight version of the popular big bag or tote bag is made of high quality woven polypropylene and reinforced by perimeter straps replacing the baffles sewn inside the conventional FIBCs which prevent the use of an inner liner. The inner bag is made of multilayer gas barrier 100µ PE with a three track gas-tight zipper. The top of the bag is open to enable smooth filling of the inner liner and has a woven polypropylene protective cover. The SuperGrainbag High Capacity can be flushed with CO 2 or N 2, if required, and can retain these gases. A special inlet enables measurement of the gas concentration in the bag. SuperGrainbag High Capacity is ideal for shipping sensitive commodities such as coffee, cocoa beans, seeds, and rice. Typically, 20 bags will fit a 20 container. Collapsible Dryer Case II (CDC II) Collapsible Dryer Case II (CDC II) is a low-cost solution for safe, effective and convenient drying of a vast range of agricultural commodities. It eliminates the need for fuel and electricity as it uses solar energy, which is the simplest and most economical drying method. It also allows grain drying on almost any flat surface. CDC II is easy to repair, maintain and transport since it is made of woven coated polyethylene (PE), which is twice stronger than ordinary tarpaulin and twice lighter than reinforced PVC. Easy to install and operate with inflatable tubing that serves as a retaining wall using a foot pump. In case of anticipated rain or during the night, the CDC II can be covered instantly using the pulling straps. The flap makes the case water resistant, protecting commodities from moisture re-adsorption. The Solar Bubble Dryer (SBD) The Solar Bubble Dryer (SBD) is the latest in state-of-the-art drying technology and engineered to mitigate the negative effects of unpredictable weather patterns. Able to simulate sun drying even under rainy conditions, the SBD's design allows it to dry grains such as rice, maize, coffee, beans and other agricultural commodities and prevent post-harvest losses. Made of durable UV-resistant and water-repelling plastic materials, the commodities being dried are enclosed in an inflatable bubble equipped with small ventilators to drive out grain moisture while keeping the bubble inflated.
