Health Occupations Principles of Health Science (1 credit) Overview of the therapeutic, diagnostic, support services (including biotechnology research/development) of the health care industry. Practicum in Health Science I (3 credits) This student practicum is a rotation involving various health care locations (hospitals) in health-related positions. Practicum in Health Science II (3 credits) Practical application in health-related locations plus the opportunity to begin and/or complete the pharmacy technician certification program. World Health Research (1 credit) New Course! This new course examines major world health problems and emerging technologies as solutions to these medical concerns.
