Welcome to... Gratz Online You are about to transform your personal computer into a branch office of our financial institution. With some help from the Internet, you will have full service access to your accounts in a completely secure environment. At home or office, you will be able to do everything from reviewing your balances to transferring funds to ordering new checks, to reviewing your account statements. You can also view products and services offered by our financial institution and request more information while on-line. If you are comfortable using your Internet browser, you will be comfortable with this personal banking product. Gratz Online is a dynamic tool for financial management. Security is extremely important when it comes to your financial matters. Complete privacy, controlled through encryption and passwords, ensures only authorized access to your accounts. A personal computer with Internet access is all that is required to get started. For your Internet browser, you will need either Internet Explorer 5.5 (or greater) from Microsoft Corporation, or Netscape s Navigator 6.01 (or greater). For the best view, set your screen resolution to 800 x 600 pixels. Types of Activity The browser-based product is designed for three general activities: Summarizing Account Information, Account Transaction Activities and Viewing Products. For Summarizing Account Information, you can view a list of all your accounts at our financial institution by clicking the Accounts button. From the account list, a specific account can be selected to view account detail and perform transaction activities. For Account Transaction Activities, you can review, print and review statements and transfer funds between accounts. For Viewing Products, review products and rates offered by our financial institution. 3
Instructions for setting up your access id and password on Internet Banking 1. First fill out the application and submit for approval. 2. Once approved you will receive an email indicating that you have been approved and can now setup you access id and password. 3. Sign into www.gratzbank.com 4. On the upper right side of the screen click on this image 5. Next you will get a notice asking if you have credentials Click on Yes 6. After clicking on Yes, you will then click on New Users Click Here as shown below 7. Then you will be prompted to enter Access ID, password, tax ID number, account number and the security code. The Access ID and password you will need to create and must be between 6 and 12 characters, it is case-sensitive and must be a combination of at least one number and one letter for the ac access id and password. Once entered click on Create User. Below is a sample of the screen you would be entering the information on. 4
8. You will then receive the following question Are you sure you wish to activate this Access ID? The Access ID you have entered will be displayed. Click on Yes 9. If the Access ID is unavailable you will get the following message The User ID entered is unavailable. Please enter a different User ID. (User IDs must be 6-12 characters and include at least one letter and one number.) If you get this message you will have to start with step number 7 again. 10. If you have entered a valid Access ID you will receive the message of Your Access ID of (your new access id will be displayed) has been created successfully You can now click on view accounts page. 11. This will be your Access ID and Password for Internet Banking. We do not know what your Access ID or Password would be, so please remember what it is. If you would happen to forget you may contact us at 717-365-3181 and have it reset. The system will now ask you a series of 10 security questions to authenticate that this is you and whether or not you are using your personal computer or a public computer. Once these questions are answered you will click on continue. The system will then ask you if you would like to remember this computer. If it is your home computer and you want it to be remembered, click yes. If it is a public computer (example: library, school or work) or computer you don t normally utilize, we recommend that you click no. The system will only ask you 3 of the 10 questions when you sign onto another computer that you have not saved the answers. The following page will show you the 20 questions that you will be asked initially to answer 10 of the 20. 5

IF YOU NEED HELP At any time along your Internet Banking journey, if you would like an explanation of any of the functions available through the Internet Banking, just click the? button and a contents window will pop up with more information. Simply click on the category you would like more information about and the window will be displayed. If you forget your Access ID and Password, contact our Online Banking Support at 717-365-3181. The Support Department will give you your Access ID and a temporary Password. You will be required to change your password before you can continue with Internet Banking. 7
Accessing Your Account Information Account List Click the Accounts button to view list of your accounts. All accounts associated with your Access ID and Password will be categorized in the account list. The account list includes: Account Numbers Types of accounts (Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRAs, Loans) Account Balances Account Descriptions Available Balance Available Credits / Deposits Current Balance Click on the magnifying glass to view a single account. The Account History will display up-to-date information including: Current balance, and activity information. 8
Reviewing Account History The Account History Menu provides a list of all your accounts. From Account History click on the button drop-down list and select the account to review. Functions Available in Account History: View all transactions related with the account selected Sort history by Date, Description, Amount or Check Number Print a copy of the history for your records Search for a specific check or a range of checks Ask a question about a specific transaction, by clicking on the question mark under Action Search for a specific amount, date or check 9
