This focus has further complemented my expertise in data modeling and database application development. The College of Business 2013 Outstanding Research (Non-Empirical) Paper Award that I received was also on this emerging area of business intelligence. There have been numerous citations of my work as per Google Scholar. Currently, I have 3 articles in progress. Published 5 peer-reviewed articles with MSCIS students. Teaching Matrix (2001-2014) Student Evaluations (Minimum High student evaluations) Peer Review Course Syllabi (Require sufficient depth and breadth of content) Other Teaching Accomplishments (Significant work in program development & evidence of very effective advising and tutoring) Teaching Materials (Publications of well-reviewed textbook, cases, or other teaching materials) Average of student evaluations were 3.97. A table with course evaluation data is included in the Supporting Materials section. Peer-reviewed by department. Besides CIS528/628 developed as per Oracle corporation request. My syllabi provide sufficient details on course objectives, policies and evaluation to ensure students have good understanding of course coverage and assessment. Since 2001, I have monitored and maintained (DBA) the various versions of Oracle DBMS for use by students in CIS curriculum. I developed the online courses for CIS 326 and CIS 528/628. I have also developed blended course offerings for CIS 429 and CIS 528/628 that I now teach regularly. I also developed an online course as well as a blended course offering for the graduate course CIS 790 that I teach regularly. I have continuously revised another graduate course CIS 746 which is part of the MSCIS program to ensure its relevance with changes in the database area. Besides, there has been frequent contacts with students on career advisement with respect to database and CIS area. Interacted with Oracle Academy to ensure proper functioning of Oracle's E-Business ERP Suite in Glass Hall computer labs and student's PC installation. I have written text book on Oracle database application that is now in its fifth edition. The current edition is utilized for teaching the CIS 528/628 database course.
