It is adapted to user requirements and allows for optimization on farms of all sizes and activities. PANTHEON Farming 7 Farm Settings PANTHEON Farming allows you to record all official and required data about and on your agricultural holding. This includes: farm details farm holder agricultural holdings parcels and subdivisions household members consultants and veterinarians Correct and complete master data allows for smooth work with the program.
8 PANTHEON Farming Livestock The module for livestock (animal husbandry) contains different types of animals: cattle, pigs, and sheep goats and equines. Each type has individual animal records, a register of all animals, milking records (cattle, sheep and goats) and a veterinary activities journal. The animal record is the basic unit for recordkeeping about animals. A record contains information like the animal s family tree, milk production, linear score and veterinary activities. Records can be printed with a list of offspring for a simple overview of an animal. The animal register is basically the same as a paper animal register (e.g. for cattle). It contains a general overview of all animals and their movements. The milking records are used to enter data about milk production for individual animals and workers. The veterinary activities journal tracks your animals state of health, treatments, withdrawals, etc. Animal record reproduction Support for poultry and horses is planned in future versions of the program. PANTHEON Farming 9 Crops and fertilization The module for crops is used to track everything related to horticulture vegetables, fruit, viticulture, etc. Crop farming is based on agri-environmental records, which means that all operations on each field, meadow, orchard and vineyard are tracked. The program automatically creates work orders, like with the manufacturing module. This allows you to view in one place all operations for a given crop, worker, parcel or subdivision. Fertilizers are a large expense for a farm and a burden for the environment. Exact fertilization plans are therefore very important. Fertilization plans can be set up by subdivisions. The program calculates fertilization plans based on entered soil analyses and preset nutrient contents of fertilizers. You immediately see whether the entered quantities are suitable for the land and crops. Daily tasks Fertilization plan Cost Prices Once you harvest a crop and close its production cycle in the program, the cost price will be automatically calculated. This way you will know how much a crop has cost you.
10 PANTHEON Farming Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) FADN is the EU s instrument for collecting accountancy data from agricultural holdings. If you participate in FADN you know that it is rather heavy on the paperwork. Agricultural holdings must keep records about all events on the farm, like animal births, animal sales, fodder purchases and produce sales. Reporting to the competent authorities is done monthly and yearly. PANTHEON FA prepares and fills out the required reports. All data in the program can be transferred with the import/export function and then processed for FADN. If some piece of information is missing, you can enter it manually in the report. Reports include: FADN farm return, livestock movement report, report on movement of own products, and labor report. PANTHEON Farming Light allows you to issue and receive invoices, store data about your holdings and animals as well as enter and process data for FADN reports. It is also used to keep agri-environmental records. FA Light can be anytime upgraded to the full version and without any migration of data.
PANTHEON Farming 11 Accounting For every event at the farm, a document is created in the background. The created document can then be posted in the accountancy edition of the program accesible in combination with PANTHEON (SE or ME) for the purpose of financial statements. Other features include: VAT account, fixed assets, payment transactions, debt collection, etc. Own or Outsourced Accounting With the proper skills, you can do your own accounting with PANTHEON. A separate program shortcut allows you to access the same data, but from an accounting perspective (PANTHEON SE or ME). Here you can post the desired documents similar to other accounting programs and then return to PANTHEON FA to continue with farm work. Or you can opt to outsource it to an accountant so you don t need to bother with the details of accounting work. The accountant can access your database also in the cloud (Hosting).

Imagine having your animal records with you every time you are in the field. The mobile app does just that. You can use it on a smartphone to access and enter data everywhere you need it. The app connects to the server and stores data there, not on the smartphone. If there is no mobile reception, data is temporarily stored on the phone and synchronizes with the database as soon a mobile signal is available.
