New Application Procedures- New York Institute of Technology Effective immediately, here are the new application procedures for all campuses (Long Island- Westbury, New York City and Vancouver Canada) of the New York Institute of Technology. NYIT has a new application portal and so it is important the following procedures are used to submit all future applications. To defer from Spring 2014 to FALL 2014, students need to go to www.nyit.edu/apply and resubmit a new application for the Fall, 2014 semester. For deferring students, the fee waiver code that must be used is: GRFA2014. To apply as a new applicant who is applying for the first time, students must go to www.nyit.edu/apply and submit an application online using the CollegeStudyUS fee waiver code: NYIT COL IMPORTANT: The NYIT application includes a question asking whether the student used an international agency. The student should must respond by indicating "yes" and type in " CollegeStudyUS" in the space provided. This information must be entered on the application in addition to the fee waiver code that is used to waive the application fee in the payment section. As soon as the on-line application is submitted, provide CollegeStudyUS with scanned copies of the following: - On-line application - Transmittal form for NYIT - Copy of the on-line Application - Copies of all the students documents.
