1 General 1.1 This Sub-Annex sets out the Omantel offer for Internet Leased Lines capacity. 1.2 This service is intended for data communication to and from the internet. This service is not allowed to be used for voice applications. 1.3 The Internet Leased Lines under this agreement are considered to be delivered as basic standard services. 1.4 Internet Leased Lines requested in remote areas, outside exchange areas or outside present coverage area will be provided on specific conditions subject to TRA approvals. 1.5 Minimum lease time for Internet Leased Line under the conditions in this annex is 1 (one) year 1.6 Internet Leased Lines for temporary use may be provided on conditions determined case by case 1.7 Internet Leased Lines with higher band width than 2 Mbit/s will be only provided on locations where Omantel has an existing backbone structure able to carry these 1.8 Physical redundancy for the access of an Internet Leased Line will be offered on conditions determined case by case subject to TRA approval. 3 Internet Leased Line portfolio 3.1 The Omantel Internet Leased Line portfolio for Access Service Providers is a dedicated link to the Internet intended to give a cost effective connectivity.. 3.2 The Omantel Internet Leased Lines portfolio consists of the following bandwidths 3.2.1 2 Mbit/s 3.2.2 4 Mbit/s 3.2.3 8 Mbit/s 3.2.4 16 Mbit/s 3.2.5 34 Mbit/s 3.2.6 155 Mbit/s 3.3 Upon request, Omantel can provide other bandwidths on terms and conditions agreed between the parties. 4 Ordering and Delivery 4.1 Ordering and delivery is handled according to Annex H. RAO Annex C10_Internet leased Lines d5.doc Page 6 of 14

5 Changing and disconnection 5.1 Omantel offers the following options concerning delivered Internet Leased Lines: 5.1.1 Up-grading of bandwidth 5.1.2 Changes of the end point in urban area 5.1.3 Disconnection of leased line 5.2 Up-grading orders are placed according to order procedures in Annex H. 5.3 Monthly fees for the increased bandwidth are due and counted from the month following the month when upgrading is executed. Installation fees are to be paid according to the selected procedure. 5.4 Changing of the end-point from one address in an urban area to another address in an urban area is ordered according to standard ordering procedures in Annex H. Installation fees are to be paid according to the selected procedure. 5.5 All changes, not belonging to the above specified options, are to be considered as a disconnection of the Internet Leased Line and order of a new Internet Leased Line. 5.6 Disconnections of Internet Leased Lines are ordered according to procedures in Annex H and Omantel will on a case by case basis issue a disconnection proposal including disconnection fees according to the price list in this Sub- Annex with appropriate discounts as may be applicable. 5.7 Minimum lease time is considered to be 12 month 5.8 Cancellation of leased lines will have a notice period of 3 months. 5.9 Cancellation of an Internet Leased Line before the expiration of the agreed contractual period is subject to early termination fee RAO Annex C10_Internet leased Lines d5.doc Page 7 of 14

6 Database 6.1 Omantel will install and keep updated a database consisting of all active and ordered Internet Leased Lines of Operator. The database will consist of at least the following parameters: 6.1.1 ID number 6.1.2 actual bandwidth 6.1.3 former bandwidth(s) 6.1.4 address of end-point 6.1.5 order date 6.1.6 agreed and promised delivery date 6.1.7 actual delivery date 6.1.8 reported faults 6.1.9 maintenance actions taken 6.1.10 installation fee 6.1.11 monthly fee 6.1.12 discount schemes applicable to the line 6.1.13 length of line in km RAO Annex C10_Internet leased Lines d5.doc Page 8 of 14

8 Discounts 8.1 Discounts for Omantel Internet Leased Lines is based on duration. As shown from the tariff in Section 9 there is discount of 10 % for Internet Leased Lines committed for 2 years. For committed duration of more than 2 years the discount will be determined on case by case basis considered location rented bandwidth and other relevant factors 8.2 Discounts based on volume of leased lines l. The fee covers license costs and other costs related to the filtering process. There are two ranges covered in this offer. 10 Cancellation and Early Termination 10.1 The cancellation time will be 3 months from the day Omantel receives the request for cancellation. 10.2 If for any reason a leased line with a committed contractual period with given discount is before the minimum period an early termination fee shall be applied.
