To submit the International Application Form for Graduate School Admission 1. After filling out all of the items on the form, including your signature, please make the form into a PDF file and email it to your prospective supervisor. Please request your prospective supervisor to sign the form in the prescribed place and affix his/her personal seal on it, and to then email the completed, signed PDF application form back to you. The signature shows that the supervisor will accept you into his/her department if you pass the selection process. 2. After you receive the PDF back from the prospective supervisor, please check to make sure his/her signature and seal appear on it. 3. Next, please submit the signed PDF version of the application form and the original Excel file version of the "International Application Form for Graduate School Admission" (it contains the information on the PDF file, but not the signatures) to the Graduate School Entrance Exam Team, Admission Section [nyushi.adm@cmn.tmd.ac.jp] by email. Selection Methods Acceptance to the Graduate School is determined solely by a review of the application documents submitted. 8. Regarding personal information collected in the process of selecting entrants, the National University Corporation Personal Information Management Rules will be followed and TMDU will not disclose any such information to third parties without consent of the applicant. (7) Admission will be canceled if an applicant who applies under the condition of expecting to receive a master's degree or of graduating from an 18-year course of schooling before the deadline is not able to receive such degree or to graduate by the deadline (September 30, 2015). (8) Students are encouraged to apply for scholarships other than the Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship. (9) Tuition may be exempted based on student's academic performance and financial status. (10) Students are advised to acquire some knowledge of Japanese culture, customs, weather, and the university system before coming to Japan. The use of English is given priority in study and research; however, some ability to speak Japanese will be needed right away to conduct your daily affairs in Japan. For Reference FEATURES OF THE GRADUATE COURSE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (1) Students engage in study and research through the medium of English.
