Therefore, during your first two month in Germany, you will be given an intensive German language course lasting 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. After that intensive course you will work in the morning shift in hospital and attend the language course twice a week for 1,5 hours in the afternoon. The employer and employee each pay half of the total amount. The employee part is deducted from the gross salary. The gross salary is taxed in Germany.
