CCNY Management John O'Donnell, Principal BS, Trinity College John O'Donnell brings over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry. The majority of this work is in the tri-state region. As a Principal of a major NY-based General Contracting/Construction Management firm for over 20 years, John has been involved at the Senior Management level on many major commercial, residential and institutional projects, for some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world. His knowledge and expertise in the areas of developing program budgeting and estimating for projects in all market sectors is unsurpassed. John gives our clients an added value for their projects. He has a proven track record not only in the General Contracting/ Construction Management field but also in Real Estate Development where he has developed several projects successfully. John P. Devine, Principal BS, Fairleigh Dickenson University John Devine has been involved in the Real Estate/Construction Industry in the New York City/New Jersey area at a managerial level for over 25 years. Through that period he has been involved in almost every market sector of this industry. Starting at the Field Level of Management, John has worked his way through his career working with the top companies in the business as well as having the opportunity to work with some of the leaders of this industry, having spent the past 10 years at the Principal level. Gina Hille, Principal BBA, Pace University Gina Hille has been involved in the Real Estate/Construction Industry in the New York City/New Jersey area at a senior financial level for over 15 years. Through that period she has been involved in every aspect of cost control, job expenditures and capital management. Starting at the Field Level of Management, Gina has worked her way through her career working with top companies in the business as well as having the opportunity to work with some of the leaders of this industry, having spent the past 10 years at the Executive/Principal level. Matthew Slifko, Principal AAS, Johnson College Matt Slifko began his career as a practicing Architect while managing multiple design disciplines at a managerial level. This experience in several market sectors gave him a complete understanding of how systems are designed, coordinated and integrated in multiple building types. He then furthered his career at the construction management level by managing a multitude of large complex projects for some major corporate clients as well as major residential, institutional and hospitality clients. Matt's hands-on management style and project leadership skills have proven to be an effective means of project delivery for many satisfied clients in our industry. Nick Yohe, Principal AS, New York Technical College Nick Yohe has over 15 years experience as a professional in the Construction Industry. His diverse background includes total responsibility for many large and complex construction projects. He has been involved with major high end commercial and residential projects including Marsh & McLennan Headquarters, Morrison & Foerster, as well as the Carnegie Hill Condominium on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Jeff started as a carpenter and worked his way up to running field operations on projects for major corporations over the past 15 years. With every project he has undertaken for the firm and its clients, he has effectively met the challenges of project schedule and budget. His positive rapport with staff and clients makes him an invaluable asset.

The program includes the renovation of the building's upper floors and the addition of two new floors on top of the building's existing roof level. RESIDENTIAL 57 Irving Place, NYC This project is a new 11-story luxury condominium building on Irving Place in Manhattan's notable Gramercy Park district. The building is comprised of 9 units: a triplex, a duplex and 7 single floor units. The project was designed by renowned Architect, Audrey Matlock. It features many amenities and high-level finishes such as solid hardwood floors and stone and granite bathrooms with a stone steam room in each unit. The 30,000 sf development has a European curtain wall façade with balconies on the west and east elevations. COMMERCIAL 165 Eileen Way, Syosset, NY A new 10-story, 6 165 Eileen Way General Contractor for the redevelopment of this mixed use project in Syosset, Long Island. This project consisted of demolition of an existing structure and site clearing for a new 110,000 sf multi-purpose building. The building includes approximately 40,000 sf of new office space and 70,000 sf of multi-purpose or warehouse space column free. This was achieved by the installation of 100' steel trusses. Also part of this program is a renovation of a 16,000 sf. Annex Building. HOSPITALITY Chatwal Hotel & Lamb s Club Restaurant 130 West 44th Street, NYC This project consisted of a complex restoration and re-construction of an existing landmarked building. Everything behind the existing façade was demolished and a new, 5-star hotel was constructed. Challenges included removing 5 feet of bedrock from the entire basement, underpinning, footing and column extensions and historic landmark preservation of the front façade. The build out, a $56 million hard cost investment, includes 85 luxury guestrooms, presidential suite s, restaurant, banquet function room, and a full service spa, including a pool and hot and cold tubs. Total square footage after completion: 86,000 sf. HOSPITALITY Maliblue Oyster Bar 1500 Lido Beach Blvd, Lido Beach, NY A complete gut renovation and expansion of 30,000 sf. Maliblue Oyster Bar has a very South Beach feel, and looks more like a resort with a baby-blue floor, washed driftwood on the walls, and river stones lined below the bar for a footrest. The restaurant offers patrons indoor space, consisting of two rooms that feature a wave wall and blue lights, and an outdoor patio that can accommodate around 90 people. RELATIVE PROJECTS OCCUPIED BUILDINGS 580 Fifth Avenue The scope of the work was to install three new elevators in a new 36-story core attached to the existing tower. The lower 15 floors were through fully occupied space including some of New York's largest diamond and jewelry firms. 245 Park Avenue Extensive renovations to this fully occupied 1.7 MM sf building for multiple tenants as well as landlord. 1166 Avenue of the Americas Extensive renovations to fully occupied 1.6 MM sf building for Marsh McClenan. 598 Madison Avenue This project consisted of renovating the brick, limestone and granite façade of this 75-year old, 90,000 sf, 15-story building for Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. International Flavors and Fragrances Reconstruction and installation of an overclad curtain-wall system, making two existing buildings appear as one for the headquarter building. PS 9 Condominiums, Brooklyn, NY Renovation of a former elementary school into a luxury condominium building including installation of elevators and new mechanical and electrical systems. Washington Court, New York, NY A 28-story luxury condominium in New York s Greenwich Village. Project included all construction and courtyard masonry and landscaping. Newark Airport Continental Airlines Terminal C Expansion/Renovation Renovated the New York area's busiest terminal; over 1 MM sf while terminal remained in operation. LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program Renovation expansion of Central Terminal Building at LaGuardia Airport while terminal remained in operation. New York Public Library Main Branch/Adopt-a-Branch Program - Program included renovation and restoration of 7 branches of the Library System. The historic building renovation and restoration included required the coordination with 5 different architectural firms with all locations being renovated simultaneously over a one year period.
