OUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY Assessment Delivery Results Initial meeting with the client. Pre assessment to examine training needs. Customized content development. FOUNDER Dr. Chandan Kashikar, Managing Director Chandan has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Training, Operations and Quality. Prior to taking up this assignment he devoted 15 years of his career to The Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG), where he succeeded to become the Director of Operations and Human Resources for South West Asia with more than 15 hotels under his portfolio. Under the tutelage of Dr Chandan Kashikar, Proactive provides specialized services in Training and Management services. He has used his vast and rich experience of 25 years to create an organization that could render unmatchable business solutions to its entourage of clients from various industry sectors. Chandan is a qualified Hotel Management graduate with a MBA in Human Resources and Post graduate diploma in Sales and Marketing. He has several other qualifications in Management from International Universities which include, The Cornell University, École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, and the Humber College, Toronto. He is a certified Master Trainer, and has completed his Doctorate in Training and Development. He is also on the Board of Directors for various Institutes and Universities. His rich experiences in the service industry coupled with various qualifications speak volumes about the company he runs.
