Target Group Business Administration Level 3 Learnership: This qualification is for individuals who are involved in the Administration function in any organization or business in any sector. The core component contains competencies in Information Handling, Communications, Enterprise/customer service, Information Technology, Self-development, Teamwork and Business Policies and Procedures. The elective component allows the learner to gain specialist knowledge, skills and insight into various areas such as Reception. Through building day-to-day administration skills, as well as general operational competencies, the qualification ensures progression of learning, enabling the learner to meet standards of service excellence required within the business.
Learner Outcomes On achieving the Business Administration 3 qualification, learners can: Explain the structure and roles of different types of organisations within industries in SA. Safely use office equipment. Prioritise workload. Maintain stores of consumables for the office environment. File documents using a recognised filing system. Demonstrate an understanding of workplace agreements. Understand cultural differences. Handle and resolve conflict in the workplace. Use a computer for basic business operations. Carry out all work in an organised and efficient manner taking account of priorities.
Modularisation Schedule: 4 days training every 4-5 weeks (Total 20 days) They spend the rest of the time in the workplace. Cost Business Administration Level 3 Full Course/ Learnership Fee: For more information on the cost of the course, please contact Nicolette Wilton on training@dionysus.co.za or 031-4675640. Minimum No per company Cost per person (excl) based on 5 modules of 4 consecutive days approximately 6 weeks apart. The training can be conducted in-house for a minimum of 10 candidates. Note: The cost includes the Management of the Learnership, all Course Materials, Manuals and PoEs, Stationery, Facilitation, Assessment, Moderation and Certification by the Services SETA. If the training is required to be conducted beyond a 20 km radius from Durban, you are responsible for the Facilitator travel and accommodation costs.
Deliverables This cost will ensure that Dionysus fulfills the following functions: Provide the theoretical training of the programme Record, monitor and retain details of training provided to the learners Conduct formative assessments and summative assessments to indicate the learners competencies Provide reports to the employer on the learners performances Manage the facilitation and quality assure the outcomes based education and training leading to national registration and the awarding of certificates to learners Moderate the programme internally Ensure external (SETA) moderation of the programme Provide delegates who attended the qualification with framed certificates of achievement once the SETA verification has occurred. NB: Workplace Mentors must be assigned to each learner in the workplace, and offer them assistance and advice for the duration of the learnership.
