Administrative responsibilities included supervision of thirty-five full-time administrative and clerical staff, development of organizational structure and governance system. Budgetary responsibility for the College's operating budget of approximately three million dollars. Overall responsibility for the Summer Term of Boston University, with over 8,000 enrollments per summer. Responsibility for $3 million budget, marketing and academic programs. Responsibility for the management of Boston University's 850-acre facility, Sargent Camp, in Peterborough, New Hampshire. At this facility, thousands of college and public school students participate in environmental learning activities throughout the year. The aggregate of activities at Metropolitan College accounts for revenue in excess of $25,000,000, with direct expense responsibility of about $10,000,000.
