How do I control and manage SIPe Profiles 1 CREATING A PROFILE Each Profile provides authorised access to designated levels of the SIPe product commissioning, and permits that authorised user to edit the associated Contact Details, required Reports, Reporting method and Reporting Schedule. After a Profile has been created, the authorised user may also edit the associated Contact Details, required Reports, Reporting method and Reporting Schedule, as necessary. Note Only an authorised user with Administrator access can create Profiles. 1. Login using Administrator access (default Username and Password). 2. Select the Profile button to show the Administrator Profile configuration. 3. Select the Users tab to reveal the Manage Users settings, including a list of all currently configured users. i. Press the to display Add user profile settings. i iv. Enter a User name for this Profile. Enter a corresponding Password for this Profile. Define the Level permitted for this Profile, see Changing a Profile Level. v. Press Save to create a new Profile. 4. Inform the associated user of the configured User name and Password. Tip! 2 CHANGING A PROFILE LEVEL Caution The Profile Change Level determines the authorised access to designated levels of the SIPe product commissioning for the associated profile. Only an authorised user with Administrator access can change a Profile Level. Ensure there is always 1 (one) Administrator configured. 1. Login using Administrator access (default Username and Password). 2. Select the Admin Profile button to display the Administrator Profile configuration. 3. Select the Users tab to reveal the Manage Users settings, including a list of all currently configured users. i. Select the appropriate User from the table and press the Change level tab. Select the Level required (see below) for the selected User, and press Save. 4. 3 CHANGING A PROFILE PASSWORD The Profile Change Password feature allows the associated User to manage the corresponding Login details. Changing the Password after the Profile has been created by the Administrator, will ensure the Profile Login details are completely secure and prevent any further un-authorised access. 1. Login using appropriate Login details and select the Profile button to display the corresponding Profile configuration. Note Administrator (use default Login Username and Password). Power user or User (as configured) Changing the Profile Password differs according the current Profile Level configuration. If the current Profile has Administrator access, i. Select the Users tab to show the Manage users settings, including a list all currently configured users, and select the necessary user. Enter the necessary Password for the selected User, and press Save. If the current Profile has Power user or User access, i. Select the Password tab (on the side) to show the New Password field. 4 CONFIGURE PROFILE CONTACT DETAILS The Profile Details feature allows the associated User to provide the corresponding contact information for maintenance and/or servicing requests. 1. Login using appropriate Login details and select the Profile button to display the corresponding Profile configuration. Administrator (use default Login Username and Password). Power user or User (as configured) If the current Profile has Administrator or Power user access and is editing the Profile of another user, i. Select the Users tab (on the side) to show the Manage users settings, and select the necessary user. i Select the Details tab (across the top) to show the selected users Profile Contact settings, a configurable and Login timeout period. Enter contact Details as necessary, e.g. commissioning company contact details. If necessary, adjust the Login timeout period. If the current Profile has User access is editing their Profile, i. 5 CONFIGURE EMAIL AND FTP SERVER SETTINGS Caution The Profile email and ftp feature allows the associated User to define the Energy Report, Meter reading Report and/or Alarm Report/Notification, see Configure Profile Report Schedule Settings, recipient information as necessary. Internet access is essential if directly transmitting reports to a third party Energy Billing/Management provider. The Report recipient details must be supplied by the customer or the third party Energy Billing/Management provider. 1. Login using appropriate Login details and select the Profile button to display the corresponding Profile configuration. Note Administrator (use default Login Username and Password). Power user or User (as configured) The email and ftp settings are read-only if the current Profile has User level restrictions. If the current Profile has Administrator or Power user access and is editing the Profile of another user, i. Select the Users tab (on the side) to show the Manage users settings, and select the necessary user. Tip! i Select the email and ftp tab (across the top) to show the selected users Profile email and FTP Report settings. Enter the email and ftp settings as necessary, e.g. email address and/or FTP Server Address, valid Username, valid Password and valid path to a folder on the designated FTP Server. If necessary (i.e. the site does not have an smtp server), use an Internet based smtp server (e.g. gmail) to transfer Reports to a third party email address. Create an account for each site. 2. 6 CONFIGURE PROFILE REPORT SCHEDULE SETTINGS The Profile Reports Schedule feature allows the associated User to define what Reports are generated, i.e. Energy, Meter reading and/or Alarm Report(s), and when the Reports are scheduled to occur. 1. Login using appropriate Login details and select the Profile button to display the corresponding Profile configuration. Note Administrator (use default Login Username and Password). Power user or User (as configured) The Report Schedule settings are read-only if the current Profile has User level restrictions. If the current Profile has Administrator access and is editing the Profile of another user, Select the Users tab (on the side) to show the Manage users settings, and select the necessary user. Select the Reports tab (across the top) to show the selected users Profile Report Schedule settings. If necessary, configure the Alarm Report and/or Notify email. i. Set Report and/or Notify to to allow the Alarm Report and/or Notification to be transmitted to the Profile defined email address. Define the Frequency (i.e. report period and how often the report will be generated), and when the report will be generated using the Month, Day and Time options. 8 International - Tel: +44(0)1444 246128 - Fax: +44(0)1444 239527

Configure the Energy usage Report and/or Meter reading Report. i. Set Enabled to. This allows the Energy usage Report to be transmitted to the defined email address and/or ftp server. Define the Frequency (i.e. report period and how often the report will be generated), and when the report will be generated using the Month, Day and Time options. If necessary, set Zipped to to compress the Report files in to a.zip file and transmit to the email and/or ftp Profile defined recipient. Tip! Press to send a report immediately. The Next report parameter shows when the next scheduled report will occur. Tip! If necessary, select the required Energy report Template. This is configured in the Report Template Builder on the Reports page from the Configuration button. The Report Template Builder is NOT accessible to a Profile with User access. If the current Profile has Power user access and is editing the Profile of another user, i. Select the Reports tab (on the side) to show the current users Profile Report Schedule settings. If necessary, configure the Alarm Report and/or Notify email. Set Report and/or Notify to to allow the Alarm Report and/or Notification to be transmitted to the Profile defined email address. i Define the Frequency (i.e. report period and how often the report will be generated), and when the report will be generated using the Month, Day and Time options. 7 CONFIGURE PROFILE REPORT GROUPS Caution The Profile Groups feature allows the associated User to select which Groups will transmit Reports, i.e. Energy, Meter reading and/or Alarm Report(s), to the configured email address and/or FTP Server, see Configure email and FTP Server Settings. Only an authorised user with Administrator access can configure the Profile Report Groups. Ensure there is always 1 (one) Administrator configured. 1. Login using appropriate Login details and select the Profile button to display the corresponding Profile configuration. Administrator (use default Login Username and Password). Note Power user or User (as configured) The Report Groups settings are not shown if the current Profile has Power user or User level restrictions. If the current Profile has Administrator access and is editing the Profile of another user, i. Select the Users tab (on the side) to show the Manage users settings, and select the necessary user. Select the Groups tab (across the top) to show the selected users Profile Assign groups settings. i Select the required Groups from the Groups available list and press to move the Groups assigned list. 2.
