Sydney public relations company, Sweaty Betty PR, commissioned Monk to design their new web site after viewing another site made by Monk. The site is fully flash based and consists of 5 pages. Using XML technology along with flash, Sweaty Betty can update two press books (each with over 60 pages) with the latest press clippings, displayed in an interactive flippable book. Carine Thevenau, a perth fashion and music photographer was looking for a minimal and functional site. Because screen space is restricted, Monk created a navigation system that disappeared when the mouse was off the image. This allowed the photographs and the navigation to occupy the same space. This site allowed users to view PDF s of her work and had a password protected resume section. The biggest achievement for Monk here was the artifcially generated vintage carpet.
