This includes $33.33 that ges t the HOA tward the HOA budget and $45 per mnth that will be prvided t the club tward yur membership fees. Yu ll nte this is a reductin in fees. The reductin is given in exchange fr the fact that this wuld be a permanent membership. Nte that signing up fr this plan permanently amends the cvenants that gvern yur lt. In ther wrds, yu are signing up fr nging mnthly Club membership, as well as bligating future wners f yur lt t d the same. Yu may fill ut the enclsed agreement, have it ntarized, and bring r mail it t the Club ffice (2003 Cpper Leaf Way, Durham, NC 27703-7707) between May 1 and June 1, 2013. The Club s hurs in May are 10 AM 6 PM, Mnday Saturday. Alternately, yu may cme t the Club n June 1 between 10 AM and nn and a ntary will be n site t assist yu. Ensure yu bring pht ID t shw the ntary. The Club will then have the amendment recrded at the Durham Cunty curthuse and yu will be fficially a member as f July 1, 2013. There is a $40.00 fee t cver the legal recrding fees.
