The following assets are not available to the attendee via the Jigsaw Meeting ipad app. Desktop or Application Sharing Map Image Gallery Noteboard Applications Attachments Once you are logged into the Jigsaw Meeting ipad application you will notice that it is organized similar to the desktop platform. The application is divided into a left side bar, two main panes and a right side bar. 5

1. The right side bar displays the Meeting Participants and the Text Chat windows. ATTENDEE WINDOW The Attendee window lists all the people logged into the meeting. Each person attending has a unique role. Host: This person created the meeting and controls all aspects of the meeting. That button is not visible because you are the person creating the meeting. Presenter: (Green Participant) This person can upload assets to a meeting and may be given control of the meeting while in session. A green microphone identifies the person currently speaking. With VoIP Pushto-Talk only one person can speak at a time. All other microphones will be gray. If the audio method selected is VoIP with open microphones all participants are required to wear a headset. A black camera signifies the person has enabled their webcam and can be brought into the streaming video. A line through the camera signifies the camera is not enabled. A black chalk signifies the person has access to the Group Whiteboard. A gray chalk means they do not have access. A yellow star indicates who is currently presenting in the session. A session may be handed over to a new presenter by simply clicking on the star by the new presenter s name. A gray star means that person is not the presenter.
