Among other integrations, the upgrade also called for the porting of the Amdocs OSS Suite Service Assurance Adapter to integrate with Assurance Systems. Even with this complexity, the entire migration was accomplished in seven months with only 16 hours of downtime for the migration. As part of the migration effort, Amdocs performed a data cleansing process to enhance the quality of the inventory data. Operational efficiency, planning processes, fulfillment processes and service assurance will all be positively impacted by this improvement..
