Other measures: Recommended quality measures to use in the schools systematic quality improving work: tasty, integrated, pleasant, nutritious, sustainable, and secure. To measure quality of school meals there is a webbased tool (the nutritional assessment is validated) (www.skolmatsverige.se) which is used by 26% of schools in Sweden (Nov 2013) and evaluate aspects as service, organisation, environment, nutritional quality. The tool enhances a systematic work at local, regional and national level of the school meal quality.
