Overview The APMG International Agile Project Management (AgilePM) certification aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment that want to be Agile. This course will utilise examples and scenarios from the Australian health care setting to demonstrate the successful application of this philosophy. The certification provides the ability to deliver Agile Projects in health care organisations requiring standards, rigor and visibility around Project Management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile. The course will: Explain how to lay the foundations for successful agile projects Explain how an agile project is managed Clarify the different management styles needed for successful agile projects (compared to "traditional" projects) Provide integration with PRINCE2. Delegate Cancellation Policy A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the course. No refunds will be given between 0-6 days prior to the course but replacement delegate names are accepted.
