Combat Information Transport System (CITS). As a leading CITS contractor, General Dynamics Information Technology has spearheaded the modernization of networks and cybersecurity at more than 75 Air Force sites worldwide. The program includes the redesign and cybersecurity of the Air Force s unclassified and classified network operations and information assurance system, part of the Air Force Network Operations (AFNetOps) construct. Voice Switch Systems. Since 1997, our company has provided logistics and technical support services needed to ensure the operational effectiveness, security and global sustainment of Air Force voice switching systems. We have performed more than 1,000 switch installations, upgrades and relocations which extend the life of and protect the government s investment in voice switching systems. As the prime contractor for the 2nd Generation Wireless LAN (2GWLAN) initiative, General Dynamics Information Technology has designed and implemented secure wireless transport capability for Air Force bases worldwide. Tailored from the standard solution and integrated architecture we developed for the Air Force, each 2GWLAN implementation provides a base solution that is secure, scalable, easy to maintain and meets all government security requirements. Integrated Network Operations & Security Centers (I-NOSC). Our network engineers designed and implemented the I-NOSCs for Peterson and Langley Air Force Bases. Among their functions, the I-NOSCs centralize management of base cybersecurity boundaries for both the NIPRNet and SIPRNet. Air Defense Communications Service (ADCS). For more than 25 years, the communications system that supports America s air defense forces has relied on General Dynamics Information Technology for expert O&M support, engineering services and logistics support. Delivering outstanding system availability, we serve as the single system manager for the ADCS dedicated network, command and control (C2) centers and remote sites in the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. IT Support Services. As the service provider for the AFNOC Network Operations Division, the Field Assistance Service Help Desk and many other IT support contracts, we deliver 24/7 Tier 1, 2 and 3 operations and technical support, encompassing network infrastructure, cybersecurity, Internet gateways and 115 Air Force combat support information systems and communication-computer systems. We are the primary assistance interface with Air Force users worldwide, troubleshooting thousands of calls monthly and supporting contingency operations worldwide.

Enterprise Design Guidance & Evaluation (Scope EDGE). From Alaska to Afghanistan, Scope EDGE teams comprised of government and General Dynamics Information Technology SMEs travel worldwide to conduct network optimizations and compliance assessments of Air Force network operations. The teams help ensure that networks achieve optimum performance and requirements compliance. We also provide Scope EDGE Strike Teams that can mobilize within 24 hours for the recovery and reconstitution of failing or failed networks. Air Force Chief of Staff (CSAF) Biennial Wargame. The leader in seminar wargaming, we design, develop and execute strategic and operational level wargames that prepare the Air Force and other military services as they examine future challenges and emerging operational concepts. For the CSAF Biennial Wargame, our team delivered a wargame information environment that increased the value to participants with powerful and intuitive information retrieval, visualization tools and accredited analysis-based models and simulations. Air & Space Expeditionary Force (AEF) & Personnel Operations. Since 2001, General Dynamics Information Technology has provided expert support for all aspects of AEF management operations. Our team develops and implements AEF methodology and manages the planning and execution of AEF training, exercises, operational deployments and warfighter support. We have provided critical support to combat operations, including Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, managing the successful deployment of 600,000 Air Force personnel. Air Force Research Lab Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. General Dynamics Information Technology plays a central role in the success of the Air Force Research Lab. We provide laboratory management and full life-cycle research and development. Our work supports laser materials testing and the development of laser-hardened materials to protect sensors, systems and people. We also supply research support for technology manufacturing initiatives and program support for sensor operations. F-22A Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS). We design, develop and deploy encrypted wireless, specialized hardware and software, deployable networks and multilevel network security for the F-22A IMIS, which enhances fighter readiness. Our system administrators support F-22A operations at Air Force bases where the F-22A flies. Conference and Meeting Management.
