Ben Schwab Partner 970.485.2104 ben.schwab@stitchdd.com Ben's childhood consisted of early mornings detasseling corn in the expansive fields of Iowa. With an upbringing in the heartland, he learned many lessons of perseverance, determination and countless hours on the wrestling mat. Ben received his Bachelor's Degree in Land Use Planning from Iowa State University and then headed West to the Rocky Mountains to purse his Masters degree. As a licensed architect and land use planner, Ben is experienced in all phases of commercial architecture. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, overseeing the success of smaller tenant upfits to a $95M hospitality building in the mountains of Colorado. Ben's passions have led him to be a founding partner of Stitch design + development. These passions include land use planning, architecture and interior design, project management and research and analysis. When not engaged in the development of a project you can find Ben spinning vinyl at home or enjoying live music in Winston-Salem's performance venues.
