Signer Notified Via Email Once a document package is created for delivery, an email is sent to every signer on a loan. The email contains a link for the signer to access their documents. Documents are not sent as attachments. The message subject and body are customizable. The Doc Link text is also customizable. Notifications can be plain text or HTML.
Landing Screen This is the first screen that a signer would see. The site will can be branded with the lender s logo in the upper right hand corner and the window text will display the lender s name in place of DocuTech. The screen title and screen text are all customizable.
Confirm Your Identity Screen The signer is then prompted with security questions to confirm their identity. These security questions asked are customizable (the lender can select question options from a list). Multiple question can also be configured to be answered (up to 25 questions can be asked of the signer),
Welcome Screen Navigation Bar is introduced on the left hand side. Basic loan information is shown in the upper left. Signer status is displayed in the upper right. The signer s full name is displayed in the page title. The screen title and screen text are all customizable.
Consent Screen If the signer consents, they are taken to the next step. If they do not consent, the package can sent to fulfillment (as an option). In both cases, emails are sent to lender representatives and the date/time of the click event is stored in the ConformX database for reporting purposes.
Review Documents Screen The signer is then instructed that they need to review the documents prior to signing. When the signer hits the Review Documents button, they are taken to the pop-up screen shown on the next slide. The Print button is optional by institution.
Review Screen The documents are loaded into a browser window. The signer does not need Adobe software installed nor do they need to install any special software to review the documents. All the signer needs is an internet connection and a browser.
Review Screen (cont.) The signer must scroll through the documents to read them. When they finish reviewing, an OK button appears. The date/time when a signer completes review is recorded in the ConformX database.

Signing Screen Documents are loaded back into a window. Signers are automatically taken to each signature line to click-to-sign.
Signing Screen (cont.) After the signer clicks the Click to Sign button, a font signature displays on each signature line as they click through each document. When they finish signing (when all signatures have been clicked ), an Submit screen appears. The date/time when a signer completes signing is recorded in the database and email alerts are sent to lender representatives.

Ink Documents Screen This screen displays to the signer any documents which cannot be esigned (wet sign only documents or documents which may require the signer to form fill the document). The NEXT button only appears after the signer hits the PRINT button at least once. The screen title and screen text are all customizable. The Ink Sign flag is configurable per institution & document.
Signing Compete Screen Final screen displayed to the consumer. The screen title and screen text are all customizable.
