The Participant Website Welcome to our Participant Website, a secure Internet website that enables retirement plan participants to access and manage their retirement plan accounts online. The Participant Website provides participants with real-time account management and information access. The site allows participants to conveniently review their accounts, reallocate assets, change investment elections, model their retirement plan, make unlimited changes to investment options and perform various other functions. The Participant Website is streamlined and accessible to new and experienced users alike. Getting Started Each participant must enroll in his or her retirement plan electronically using the Internet or telephone. After enrollment, participants have access to their accounts via both the secure Participant Website and the toll free automated telephone information system/voice Response Unit (VRU). Please have your investment elections ready before beginning the enrollment process. The Participant Website is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week via virtually any browser such as Internet Explorer *. If you are using a proprietary browser (one provided to you by your Internet service provider) and you experience difficulty accessing the site, please contact the Participant Support Center. * Browser requirements: 128-bit encryption; cookies and JavaScript must be enabled. Participants have a wide range of capabilities: Check balances and vesting Change investment elections Check pending transactions Transfer balances between funds Request loan paperwork Check current loan status Use retirement calculator Access rate of return analytics Account Activation and Online Enrollment Go to www.mytegraplan.com. On the left side of the screen in the Secure Account Access box, click on the Enroll Now hyperlink. REV. 05/2011 4 Powered by DailyAccess

Participants are then directed to the online enrollment process website. During the enrollment process you may encounter terms that are unfamiliar to you. Roll your cursor over the term to read its definition. If at any point after creatingc a username and password you find that you need to stop enrollment, you may click Save & Exit and return at a later time to complete the process. Language Preference You will be asked to select your language preference, English or Spanish. After making your selection, click Next to continue. User Authentication Verification You will be asked to authenticate your identity by entering the last four digits of your Social Security Number, your year of birth ( yyyy f or m at), and your last name. After entering your authentication information, click Next to continue. Select your correct home address from the options provided and click Next. If your current address is not listed, please contact your plan sponsor to have it changed. REV. 05/2011 5 Powered by DailyAccess

Security Settings You will select your own username and password and choose three security questions to be answered for account access (in case you forget your password in the future). If at any point after creating your username and password you find that you need to stop the enrollment process, you may click Save & Exit and return at a later time to complete enrollment. Personal Preferences Enter your personal preferences for Contact Information and General Settings. This information includes your phone number and e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, please leave this field blank. Options for your account statements are located in the General Settings area. If you have entered an e-mail address, the online statement option will be automatically selected. If you prefer to receive paper quarterly account statements, please make that selection. You may also choose to have a paper copy of your transaction confirmation letters mailed to you. Once you have completed selecting your settings, click Next to begin the enrollment process. Begin Enrollment Once you have activated your account, you may begin the online enrollment process and specify settings for your retirement plan. REV. 05/2011 6 Powered by DailyAccess

Contribution Rate If your plan allows, select your pre-tax contribution rate by entering the percentage or dollar amount you wish to have withheld per pay period. To enter a percentage or dollar amount, click on the circle next to the percentage or dollar option. Click on the empty field and type in your selected amount. You may also elect not to make changes to your contribution rate. Once you have entered your contribution rate selections, click Next to proceed. Select Investment Elections Select your investment elections. You may select to use current investment elections, use the plan s default investment elections, modify your investment election percentages by fund, or modify your investment elections by source. Keep My Current Elections: This selection allows you to use the investment election percentages that are either provided by your plan sponsor during conversion or you may select to use the default election selected for the plan. Change Elections by Investment: Selecting your investment elections by investment allows you to change your investment elections to the same funds and percentages for all sources of money. After completing your investment election choices, click Next to advance to the Review screen. NOTE: Some plans may not offer the option to modify investment elections by investment. Change Elections by Source: Select your investment elections by investment source, including EE Pre-Tax, ER Base (subject to vesting), ER Match (subject to vesting) and Unrelated Rollovers. If you are unfamiliar with any of these terms, simply use your mouse to roll over each term and read its definition. Modifying your investment elections by source allows you to change your investment elections to different funds and percentages for each source of money. REV. 05/2011 8 Powered by DailyAccess

Review Your Selections After completing your investment election choices, click Next to move to the Review screen. On the Review screen, please review your investment elections and personal information in the previous steps for accuracy. To make changes, click on the Previous button to return to the previous step. If no edits are necessary, please click on Complete Enrollment. NOTE: Your changes will not be finalized and accepted until you select Complete Enrollment. You have successfully completed the enrollment process and now have full access to all functions of your account through the Participant Website. You may now print the page for your records and log in for immediate access to your retirement plan account. REV. 05/2011 9 Powered by DailyAccess

Accessing the Website Go to www.mytegraplan.com. Enter your User ID and Password, then select Participant and click on Log In. Managing Your Participant Account The Participant Website was designed to provide you with tools to help you manage your retirement plan account. Home The Home screen of the Participant Website lists the different account management options available, including Quick View, Modify Account, Loans, Resources and Website Settings. Each of these options will be covered in more detail in the following sections. The screen shown appears each time you log in. Account Snapshot A snapshot of your account appears in the top right section of the home page, displaying your current account balance as well as a pie chart containing your fund allocation percentages. By clicking on the chart you may view the fund asset detail containing the fund name and symbol, the balance, and the percentage of your account balance related to each fund. Quick View The Quick View screen provides links to various reports about your account such as Account Summary, Change Request History, Current Investment Elections, Fund Performance Summary, Fund Price History, Model Asset Details, Participant Statements, Payroll Details, Pending Change Requests, Personal Information, Personal Performance, Plan Investment Choices, Plan Breakdown/Allocation, Transaction Confirmation Letters, Transaction Ledger, and Transactions in Progress. Each of these reports will be discussed in the sections below. Account Summary The Account Summary displays your contribution information and a table of balances and vesting information for each fund. To view your account summary, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Account Summary from the drop-down menu. You can view more detailed fund information by clicking on any of the highlighted links. To view your account summary broken down by source, click on the Show Account Summary on Source Level link located in the More Information section in the bottom left corner of the Account Summary screen. To view transactions that have been processed and are awaiting settlement, click on the Show Transactions in Progress link located in the More Information section below the Account Summary. Click on any of the fund names to display the Fund Price History, Morningstar and Newkirk Fund Fact Sheet reports. Click on the dollar amount for a specific fund to view detailed account information for the fund. REV. 05/2011 11 Powered by DailyAccess

Change Request History The Change Request History screen displays the transactions you have requested in the past, such as rebalances to investment elections, rebalances to target, fund-to-fund transfers, investment election changes, contribution rate changes and PIN changes. To view your change request history, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Change Request History from the drop-down menu. Click the drop-down menu under Activity Type to select the transaction type that you would like to view. Then, input the date range for the period you would like to view in mm/dd/yyyy format under Date Range and click the Search button to pull up your transaction history. To view the details of a specific change request, click the Details link under the Action heading. Current Investment Elections The Current Investment Elections screen displays how new contributions will be invested in your retirement account. To view your current investment elections, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Current Investment Elections from the drop-down menu. Fund Performance Summary The Fund Performance Summary screen displays return information for every mutual fund option that is available to your plan. Additionally, you can click on any of the fund names to display the Fund Price History, Morningstar, and Newkirk Fund Fact Sheet reports. The data for all mutual fund options is provided by Newkirk. To view your fund performance summary, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Fund Performance Summary from the drop-down menu. Fund Price History The Fund Price History screen displays the price history for each of the fund selections available in your plan. Additionally, you have the capability to view a Fund Fact Sheet, view the fund s prospectus, and visit the live Morningstar Website for each fund on the Fund Price History screen. To view the fund price history reports, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Fund Price History from the drop-down menu. To select a fund, click the down arrow under Search Criteria and select the fund you wish to view. Next, select the number of days (from 10 through 100) to view. Click the Retrieve button to pull the fund price history for the selected fund. The Fund Fact Sheet provides a brief overview of basic fund information such as style, description, performance, diversification, portfolio characteristics, and potential risk (standard deviation) as of the close of the previous calendar quarter. To view the Fund Fact Sheet for the selected fund, click the View link to the right of Fund Fact Sheet under the fund name. The Morningstar Website is an interactive online resource for fund information such as fund snapshot, fund diagnostics, fund returns, fund ratings, portfolio make-up, and fund fees and management. To view the Morningstar Website for the selected fund, click the View link to the right of Morningstar under the fund name. The Fund Prospectus is a guide to understanding performance history, operating costs, restrictions, and how an investment is managed. To view the fund prospectus for the selected fund, click the View link to the right of Fund Prospectus under the fund name. REV. 05/2011 13 Powered by DailyAccess

Model Asset Details The Model Asset Details screen displays the fund details for a given model, if models are an option for your retirement plan. Additionally, you can click on any of the fund names to display the Fund Price History, Morningstar, and Newkirk Fund Fact Sheet reports. To view your model asset details, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Model Asset Details from the drop-down menu. Participant Statements The Participant Statements screen displays links to view and download copies of your quarterly statements and the capability to download your statements between a specific date range. To view your online participant statements, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Participant Statements from the drop-down menu. To view a PDF version or download a copy of quarterly statements you have received from us, click the View or Download link to the right of the appropriate statement. To view your On Demand Statement for a specific date range, enter a start and end date and select Generate On Demand Statement. The date range must fall within an existing plan year. 11B PARTICIPANT WEBSITE GUIDE Payroll Details The Payroll Details screen displays your payroll information, including year-to-date totals of salary, hours, and contribution source. To view your payroll details, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Payroll Details from the drop-down menu. Pending Change Requests The Pending Change Requests screen shows change requests for your account that are awaiting processing by our system. These pending changes may be viewed or cancelled from the Pending Change Requests screen. To view your pending change requests, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Pending Change Requests from the drop-down menu. Click on the Details link to the left of the pending change to view the details of your transaction. To cancel a pending transaction on the Pending Change Requests screen, click the Remove link to the left of the pending change you would like to cancel. REV. 05/2011 15 Powered by DailyAccess

Personal Information The Personal Information screen displays your personal information, date information, vesting, and compensation information that is supplied to us by your plan sponsor. If any of the information listed on this screen is incorrect, please contact your plan sponsor. To view your personal information, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Personal Information from the drop-down menu. Personal Performance The Personal Performance screen displays the net investment versus the account value for your retirement account. You may also view your personal rate of return and the cumulative returns for your account. Additionally, an online tutorial is available at the bottom of the screen. To view your personal performance, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Personal Performance from the drop-down menu. To view your personal rate of return, click on the Personal Rate of Return link located at the top of the Personal Performance screen. To view your cumulative returns, click on the Cumulative Returns link located at the top of the Personal Performance screen. REV. 05/2011 16 Powered by DailyAccess

Customized Rate of Return We offer personal rate of return analytics on your account with interactive, customizable charts and graphs. Available analytics include net investment vs. market value, personal rate of return, and cumulative returns. An online tutorial is also included on the Participant Website. With the Customized Rate of Return feature, you have the ability to create custom reports which can be shown with one or all sources. You may also view one or all investment options and select custom time periods. Plan Investment Choices The Plan Investment Choices screen displays all the investment choices that are available for your retirement plan. Additionally, you can click on any of the fund names to display the Fund Price History, Morningstar, and Newkirk Fund Fact Sheet reports. To view your plan investment choices, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Plan Investment Choices from the drop-down menu. NOTE: Funds displaying a green dollar sign ($) are subject to potential redemption fees. Click on the dollar sign for redemption fee details. REV. 05/2011 17 Powered by DailyAccess

Plan Breakdown/Allocation The Plan Breakdown/Allocation screen displays how your investments and assets are allocated for your retirement account. You may also view your investments grouped by asset class. To view your plan breakdown/allocation, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Plan Breakdown/Allocation from the drop-down menu. To view your asset allocation, click on the Asset Allocation link located at the top of the Plan Breakdown/Allocation screen. To view your investments by asset class, click on the Investments Grouped by Asset Class link located at the top of the Plan Breakdown/Allocation screen. Transaction Confirmation Letters The Transaction Confirmation Letters screen allows you to view or download all your confirmation letters for your retirement account transactions. To view your transaction confirmations, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Transaction Confirmation Letters from the drop-down menu. Transaction Ledger The Transaction Ledger screen displays your transaction activity by fund and source for the selected plan year. To view your transactions ledger, click on the Quick View tab located in the header bar and select Transactions Ledger from the dropdown menu. To view ledger details for a specific fund, choose the fund from the drop-down menu and click the Search button. To view ledger details for a specific source, choose the source from the drop-down menu and click the Search button. Modify Account The Modify Account screen allows you to make changes to your retirement plan. You may modify your employee contribution rate, modify investment elections and your account balance, schedule your account to be rebalanced automatically, and request distributions. Each of these options is discussed in the following sections. To modify your account, click on the Modify Account tab located in the header bar. Change Contribution Rate The Change Contribution Rate screen allows you to request a change in your contribution amount to your retirement account. You also have the option to have either a percentage or a dollar amount of your gross pay contributed if your plan allows for both percentage and dollar amount changes. Additionally, depending upon your specific plan, you may also need to select the source type: pre-tax or post-tax. To view your change contribution rate options, click on the Modify Account tab located in the header bar and select Change Contribution Rate from the drop-down menu. Select your new contribution amount from the drop-down menu and press the Next button, or type in the dollar amount you would like to contribute. Modify Investment Elections The Modify Investment Elections screen allows you to change your investment election percentages for your future contributions. This can be done by investment fund, if your plan allows, or by source. Modify By Investment To modify your investment elections by investment fund, click on the By Investment link on the Modify Investment Elections screen. Rebalance to Investment Elections The Rebalance to Investment Elections screen allows you to move your current fund balances into your most current investment elections as of market close. This means that investments will be bought and sold to bring your current balance into alignment with your current investment elections. To rebalance your account by investment elections, click on the Rebalance to Investment Elections link located on the Modify Balances screen. Rebalance to Target The Rebalance to Target screen allows you to move your current fund balances into the fund percentages that you select without changing your investment elections. This option affects only your current holdings. Future dollars contributed to your retirement account will not be affected by this change. To rebalance your account to target investments, click on the Rebalance to Target link located on the Modify Balances screen. Step 1: Enter the percentage beside the fund(s) that you would like your current account balance to be invested in. Then, click the Next button to continue. Please note that the total percentage must equal 100%. Step 2: Review your rebalance selections. If you are satisfied with the percentages, click the Complete button to finalize the Rebalance to Target. To edit your selections, click the Previous button. Fund to Fund Transfer The Fund to Fund Transfer screen allows you to move a selected percentage of dollars invested in one fund and transfer it to one or more different funds. A fund to fund transfer moves money currently invested in your retirement account; it does not affect future contributions. To modify your retirement account balance by fund to fund transfer, click on the Fund to Fund Transfer link located on the Modify Balances screen. Step 1: Select the fund you want to transfer dollars out of and click the circle to the left of that fund. Enter the total percentage you want transferred from the selected fund in the box to the right of the Percentage to be Transferred. Then click the Next button to continue. Step 2: Enter the percentage for the fund(s) where you would like the selected money to be transferred. Then click the Next button to continue. Step 3: Review your selected changes for accuracy. If you are satisfied with your changes, click the Complete button to finalize the fund to fund transfer. To edit your fund to fund transfer, click the Previous button. Step 4: Print a copy of the Fund to Fund Transfer confirmation for your records by clicking the Print button. Scheduled Rebalance Setup The Scheduled Rebalance Setup screen allows you to schedule automatic rebalancing for your retirement account on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. Through the use of the scheduled rebalance feature, investments will be bought and sold to bring your current balance into alignment with your current investment elections. To setup a scheduled rebalance for your retirement account, click on the Modify Account tab located in the header bar and select Scheduled Rebalance Setup from the drop-down menu. To schedule automatic rebalancing for your retirement account, choose the preferred rebalance frequency from the drop-down menu, the target rebalance date, and the month and year to begin the rebalance schedule. Once the options have been set, click the Update button to complete your request. NOTE: A rebalance request may only be completed if there are no pending trades present within your retirement account. If pending trades are present on the target rebalance date, we will continue to attempt the rebalance for up to 72 hours. Distributions The Distributions screen allows you to view your distribution history, request a new distribution or view an existing distribution request that is awaiting approval. To view your distribution information, click on the Modify Account tab located in the header bar and select Distributions from the drop-down menu. Distribution History The Distribution History screen allows you to view all your distribution requests for your retirement account, view specific details about your distributions, and view and download the paperwork for your requests. To view specific details about your distributions, click on the Details button to the left of your selected distribution. To view or download PDFs of your distribution paperwork, click on the View or Download links located on the right side of your selected distribution. Request New Distribution The Request New Distribution screen allows you to create a new distribution request and view current outstanding distribution requests. You can also view or save PDFs of the distribution request paperwork. To create a new distribution request, click on the Create New button on the right side of the Request New Distribution screen. To view or download PDFs of your distribution paperwork, click on the View or Download links located on the right side of your selected distribution. Approve Distribution Requests The Approve Distribution Requests screen displays a listing of your distribution requests that need approval. You may also view or save PDFs of the distribution request paperwork. To view or download PDFs of your distribution paperwork, click on the View or Download links located on the right side of your selected distribution. NOTE: If the Approve/Deny button is disabled, then you currently do not have the ability to approve or deny this type of distribution. Loans The Loans screen allows you to view outstanding and requested loans as well as request documents for new loans against your retirement account. If your plan does not allow for loans, the Request Loan Documents screen will not be available. To view your loan options, click on the Loans tab located in the header bar. View The View screen lists details on all loans that you have taken against your retirement account as well as any pending loans you may have requested. To view your outstanding and requested loans, click on the Loans tab located in the header bar and select View from the drop-down menu. To view the details for a loan request, click on the Details button to the left of your selected loan request. Request The Request screen allows you to create loan amortization schedules and to request loan applications. To view your loan documents, click on the Loans tab located in the header bar and select Request from the drop-down menu. NOTE: The default repayment frequency is the same frequency for which your plan provider submits payroll information to us. Step 1: Enter your desired loan amount, repayment length, repayment frequency, and the type of loan you are requesting on the Request Loan Document screen and then click the Continue button. Step 2: Review your amortization schedule. If the amortization schedule is acceptable, select the delivery method for your loan documents and click the Continue button. To edit your loan amount, repayment length, or type of loan you are requesting, click the Previous button. Step 3: Print a copy of the Request Loan Documents Confirmation for your records by clicking the Print button. NOTE: Upon receipt of your loan paperwork, you must sign the promissory note and return this form to your plan sponsor in order for your loan request to be processed. Resources The Resources screen gives you access to helpful tools in managing your retirement plan account, such as retirement and loan calculators, frequently asked questions, participant forms, and many other selections. Calculators To view the Calculators, click on the Resources tab located in the header bar and select Calculators from the drop-down menu. On the Calculators screen, you have the option of using the Investment Calculator or the Loan Calculator. Investment The Investment Calculator screen allows you to make simple projections of your retirement income based on your current savings plan. To view the investment calculator, click on the Resources tab located in the header bar and select Calculators from the drop-down menu. Click on Investment. Enter your personal information and current contribution information, and then click Calculate. Loan The Loan Calculator screen allows you to calculate an amortization schedule for a specified loan amount. If you are interested in borrowing against the money in your retirement account and your plan permits loans, the Loan Calculator will assist you in determining what your monthly payments will be for a specific loan amount. To view the loan calculator, click on the Resources tab located in the header bar and select Calculators from the drop-down menu. Click on Loan. Enter the amount you wish to borrow against your account, how many payments, and an interest rate. Contact your plan sponsor to determine the current interest rate on loans taken from your retirement plan. Click Continue. To print a copy of your projected amortization schedule, click the Print button located at the bottom of the screen. NOTE: This feature will not request the loan documents necessary to obtain a loan from your retirement account. Click on your age group to learn more about managing your finances now and planning for your future. To view the Financial Resource Center, click on the Resources tab located in the header bar and select Financial Resource Center from the drop-down menu. Frequently Asked Questions The Frequently Asked Questions screen provides answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive regarding participant retirement accounts. For further assistance or information on your account, you may contact the Participant Support Center. Forms The Forms screen allows you to download PDF versions of the forms necessary to request a change of beneficiary or to request a distribution from your retirement account. You may also download PDF versions of forms for incoming rollovers, loan payoffs, stop payment, check re-issuance, and spousal consent and waiver forms. Change Notifications The Change Notifications screen allows you to update your notification settings. Your options include receiving e-mail notification of available quarterly statements, having a paper copy of your quarterly statement mailed to you, and having a paper copy of your transaction confirmation activity mailed to you. To update your notification settings, click on the Website Settings tab located in the header bar and select Change Notifications from the drop-down menu. Security Settings The Security Settings screen allows you to change your password and/or your security questions. To change your security settings, click on the Website Settings tab located in the header bar and select Security Settings from the drop-down menu. To change your password, enter your current password and your new password. Then enter your new password a second time to confirm. Your new password must be at least eight characters in length, with at least two nonalpha characters, which are limited to the following list of characters: A - Z, 0-9,!, - (hypen), _ (underscore),. (period) To change your security questions, select a question and enter your response. Once you have set all three questions, click the Apply Security Question Changes button located at the bottom of the screen. Change Username The Change Username screen allows you to change your current username. To change your username, click on the Website Settings tab located in the header bar and select Change Username from the drop-down menu. Your new username must be at least four characters, but no more than 12 characters in length, which are limited to the following list of characters: A - Z, 0-9,!, -, _,. To change your username, enter your new username and click on the Change button. NOTE: These measures are in place to help protect access to your confidential retirement account information. Your username is your responsibility, so please keep it safe. Language Preference The Language Preference screen allows you to select English or Spanish as your language preference. After you make your selection, the language of the website will change immediately after clicking Update. To change your language preference, click on the Website Settings tab located in the header bar and select Language Preference from the drop-down menu. Change Plans If you are a participant in more than one plan maintained by our recordkeeping system, you may change between your plans by clicking on the Change Plans link located in the top right corner of the Participant Website. The name of the retirement plan you are currently working in is centered in the top portion of the screen. Log Out To log out of your retirement account, click the Log Out link located on the top right corner of the Participant Website. After you log out, you ll return to the Participant Login screen with the following message: You have successfully logged out. NOTE: The user will be disconnected automatically from the Participant Website after 15 minutes of no activity. If you wish to continue working on your plan, simply log back in.
