Making an International epay Payment - Students This tutorial covers how students can make an International payment via Chapman University s epay system.
Site Login: www.chapman.edu/webadvisor Click on LOG IN to access your WebAdvisor Information.
Account Login and Password: Enter assigned User Name and Password.
Welcome Screen Menu: Click on Students.
Student s Menu: Click on Access Chapman epay/ebill from the Financial Information section.
To Enter epay: Click on Access Chapman epay/ebill to access your epay student account information.
Make a Payment: After clicking on Access Chapman epay/ebill in WebAdvisor you are re-directed to your epay My Account home page. Click on Ask for Help if you wish to send a message regarding your student account or epay. Click on Make a Payment.
Make a Payment: After clicking on Make a Payment you are re-directed to the Payments screen. Again, click on Make a Payment. Notice your Balance and your Current Statement Amount are displayed in this screen.
Make a Payment:Payment Amount Payment Date must remain current day for International Payments. Changing to a future date will remove the International Payment Option as a Payment Method. After you have selected your option click on Continue to proceed to Payment Method. Two options are available: 1. You can check Current statement and $1,022.04 will be paid. 2. Or you can click into the highlighted field and you can enter the amount you wish to pay.

epay International Payment Options Summary of two International Payment Options Available in epay International Bank Wire (My Bank) Pay with international bank wire transfers from your home country, in your local currency. Your payment will be posted to your student account when cleared funds are received from your bank. Your bank may charge a fee for wire transfers. Please pay your bank separately for any wire fees. To pay by international bank wire, follow the steps below or continue with tutorial for step by step instructions: International Bank Wire (Agent Location) Pay with cash from over 200 countries and territories in your local currency through Western Union walk-in cash payment services. Your payment will be posted to your student account when funds are received from Western Union. Western Union will charge a standard processing fee. To pay at a Western Union Agent location, follow the steps below or continue with tutorial for step by step instructions: Step One Fill in the information required. Step Two Print the Western Union Agent instructions and present them to a participating Western Union Agent location. Step Three Wire funds to Chapman University account within two business days. Step Three Request and fill out the Western Union payment form at the Agent location and make a payment.
