What we learned from MDD: Tips for success 1. Management buy-in 2. Appoint and motivate local MDD coordinators at each group company and office awards etc. 3. Based on community needs and partner with local non-profit organizations and/or governments for further efficiency 4. Voluntary basis (not on compulsory basis) with fun, a key to continuity 5.
