Annexure-A (Qualifications & Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities) Job Description Position / Designation Program Manager Level / Rank Principal Consultant Educational Qualifications Experience Requirements BE / BTech / ME / MTech preferably in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering or related discipline; OR Any Masters Degree with PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management certification. Managing and monitoring performance and service levels driven enterprise class IT infrastructure is essential; Knowledge/experience of virtualization and cloud computing is highly desirable and would be given preference. Job Description Position / Designation Domain Expert Healthcare/ Implementation Specialist Level / Rank Consultant Educational Qualifications Requirements MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/BPT with Masters in Hospital Management/ Hospital Administration Experience Minimum 4 years of total experience of which, at least 3 years must be in implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) in Hospitals or Healthcare Organization. Experience in full life cycle implementation (SDLC) of at least three HIS implementation projects in multispecialty Hospitals. Expertise in gathering software Requirements, Gap-study analysis, Work flow studies, Project Documentation, End to end functional testing of the application, HIS application training to end users (Hospital staff), Data gathering and application configuration is mandatory.
