The engineer will create concepts and develop them through detailed design, validation testing, manufacturing and field repair. Responsible for P& I s, hardware selection, interface sizing, conceptual control logic, and thermal management system design. Tasks include the planning, design, procurement, construction, calibration, installation and modification activities necessary to prepare, install and maintain the test equipment. Activities also include participation in FMEA s, HazOp s, EH&S reviews, failure investigations, and the training of hourly test operators. This position involves close interaction with numerous engineering disciplines and hourly functions. Ability to work in a team environment is a must. This position is a blended position functioning in both the supplier quality and supply chain groups. Test Engineer - Alternate Work Week (AWW) Company Order Number: 385 TEST ENGINEER AWW The primary responsibility of the Test Engineer for production testing of Fuel Cell Power Plants and Stack Assemblies is to coordinate and give instructions on conducting complex product acceptance tests. This includes performance analysis and troubleshooting when there is a non-conformance identified during the testing procedure. This position involves close interaction with numerous engineering disciplines and hourly functions. Ability to work in a team environment is a must. The Alternate Work Week (AWW) Shift is a total of 36 work hours per week. The AWW shift includes two twelve hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with remaining twelve hours completed during a weekday.
